I love dairy queen and the lady who took my order was so sweet. even though they don't have the chicken strips she did inform me of the 2 other locations that did have it and she also recommended the chicken bites they have. wonderful service
Love my Blue Raspberry Misty Freeze (with extra Blue Raspberry flavoring) and whipped cream on top. So refreshing. Also, the employees are always polite and accommodating, no matter which branch I've visited state-to-state.
My family is very disappointed in how the staff acted behind the counter tonight. Arguing who's responsibility it is in front of us. Be professional and have that conversation in the back where people can't hear you. As a formal CS supervisor and a daughter who works in cs, we are more professional. The young girl who I am guessing is the supervisor or wanna be supervisor was complaining how she does everything. Us as a family didn't want to hear that, went outside to finish our ice cream and not to hear the unprofessionalism.
The nicest staff. Short waiting time when using the drive thru. I loved that they offered a pup cup for our dog.
Crew seemed confused they were out of some menu items and it took a bit to get our order
Still only Drive-thru, it would be fine if you were notified before hand or if it was more obvious then when you got to the door just to see the little sign.
They need to start selling DQ sandwiches or take down the picture on the drive-thru.
Not the fastest, but staff was courteous and professional. Blizzards tasted amazing as always.

Always, go here but today got my usual dip Ice cream cone large look like a medium, butterscotch was on the weak side because had leaks plus lacking flavor, but worst part of all is my cone was old not crispy at all shame on you DQ......
