This place was closed 20 minutes before closed. Already closed down. Probably started shutting down 45-30 before close. Stay open until your hours say or change your hours. We spent time and money on a Uber. Horrible experience. Dude at the register was rude as well
Was so excited to see orange julius signs and marketing plastered everywhere. Made a special trip to get an orange julius and was told they have NONE of the orange julius products. Menu, giant orange julius cup, signs out on the counter,Major false advertising and a huge disappointment.
Stayed at the Excalibur Hotel and it was amazing..my daughter loves Dairy Queen she had a Vanilla and chocolate drizzle ice cream with candy on top, it was delicious..
The employee on duty announced that they would close at 1030 but didn't say anything about them not taking food orders I waited inline for 30 minutes for nothing and she was rude as hell!
Very under staffed, 1 guy working his tail off, doing the best he could.5 stars to him.
love me some dq, dq is actually an emergency contact in my phone incase I want some ice cream but im hiding in the closet from a robber. anyways i love dq and enjoy the ice cream every time!

Rude female at the cashier, got my order wrong and acted degrading as If I don’t get it! I am sorry we are in a pandemic both wearing masks in a loud environment where I don’t properly understand you! The two stars is for the male employee stepped in and kindly helped me patiently otherwise 1 star!
Gotta love DQ, I love that they still have the $6 deals, as a family of 6 it makes it an option. The blizzards are always amazing, one of my favorite treats to splurge on. The food is always yummy and they have a great selection of sauces/dips. The staff has always been very friendly and nice. They seem to be pretty efficient with drive thru orders.
