Great place to go if you like rude employees. Apparently they said “cone” and we did not hear them. Then the cone fell over and the employee said “well that’s what they get for not getting it”…
They handed us a shake that was sitting in the back, premade and half melted. Dont worry, by the time it got the minute down the road to our house, it was melted completely and spilled everywhere.My poor husband now has a crying frustrated pregnant wife about rip the head off a few DQ employees.
The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to In my life . Slow service , didn’t get any of the orders right , and filthy establishment. Never going here again.
Just Awful!! Smells bad, extremely dirty & employees are rude or just clueless. I seriously wouldn't recommend this place. I'm sure they are violating several health codes!!
Very upset and disappointed. Went in Thursday (2/17/22) and took a cake out of the freezer and asked that a happy birthday message for my granddaughter be put on it for pickup on Saturday (2/20/22). When I went to pick it up, it wasn't done and there was no one there that could right on a cake, so she just put a big M on it. Was there no on that could write on the cake from Thursday through Saturday morning. What a flop of a birthday cake for a little girl!
Absolutely awful experience, they only accept cash and they told me their deep fryer was shut down. Are you guys even a Dairy Queen ?Just save yourself the trouble and close down!That’s all
Went there 25 min before closing and the open sign was off and door was locked. I called and was told to come back in 5 min because they were restocking so I came back and the door was still locked and 3 employees just ignored us. Guess I will be spending my money elsewhere.
They only accept cash for the past several weeks and nothing over a $20. Ordered a large blizzard and they tell me afterward they only have short spoons. Was going to order chilli cheese dog and said they have chilli but no cheese.. Lacking good management to keep things properly supplied.
This is the third time I have attempted to take my 6 yr old son here...first time they said the ice cream machine was broken, my son was heart broken but ok things happen....the next two times I tried it was closed even though the sign said they were open and even Google said open. I went today at 12:20pm and they were supposed to be open at Noon. When we looked in the window no one was in there. I think they need to change their sign hours.
Always disappointed in this location. Tried again last night and they could not make 3 of the 4 items I tried to order. If your core business model is ice cream, it would be great if you were able to make the items advertised. No Orange Julius, no malt powder and no chocolate ice cream. That, coupled by the looks that there is always construction going on and it's kept very unclean, this will keep me from returning again in the future. Too many other options to choose from.
