Excellent, refine dining in vegas is now almost guaranteed, it only gets better. And Cut has been maintaining, their excellent service, product and food one year removed from my first experience has not changed. The shareable steaks are phenomenal, try the peppercorn sauce. And do not forget the Mashed potatoes

Celebrated my birthday with my family. Cut went out of their way to make my experience magical! I was greeted by the hostess with âHappy Birthdayâ and a personalized card at my seat as well! The little ones in tow were accommodated without a hitch. My toddler enjoyed himself and I was able to keep my baby in her stroller alongside me. After an excellent meal I was too full for dessert but the waiter brought me a Kaluha popsicle cutely decorated with a candle! Truly a memorable experience, thanks to everyone at the Cut.

Chairs were uncomfortable and a side salad was over priced at $28+.
Very long wait. By the time the main course arrived, we were no longer hungry. Food was decent.
