I might elaborate later, but wow. Literally one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Perfect for a nice lunch and just a shockingly cute little shop tucked away in an unexpected place. Wonderful service too! Absolutely worth going out of the way for.
Small spot tucked into an almost industrial area. A great place to get specialty deli items, charcuterie boards, and a small selection of unique sandwiches and regular special offerings from gourmet soups to pizzas. Highly recommend.
I have been meaning to check this place out and finally did. CURED and WHEY had super knowledgeable staff, great customer service and most of all had some of the best cured meats and cheeses in town. If you need a #chartuterie #cheese boardgive these guys a try.
Cured & Whey blew me away! Their board was beautiful, well thought out, elegant and had beautiful touches throughout. Their customer service was excellent and everything was ready to go on time. We had this board for a fundraising event and it was a huge hit. Everyone was happy and loved the board. I highly recommend them as a staple for get togethers and meetings.

Finally visited Cured & Whey for lunch! We had the Cuban and the lunch Charcuterie board. It was very high quality, reasonably priced, and best of all…delicious! Also, the employees were super friendly!!!
So pleased with the charcuterie board from Cured and Whey. My friends from out of town loved it and it was gone within 10 minutes. Everything was fresh and the pairings were perfect. The cheat sheet was a nice touch. Will be ordering from them again.
The most amazing board with all imported cheeses and meats, even fresh and dried fruit. Just ask the server what they recommend. You can't go wrong. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Nothing on their board was grocery store quality.
We love visiting and trying different cheeses and charcuterie! If you haven’t already, you have to stop by and get a taste. Yes the smiles are part of the experience!
Just a word of caution about the online ordering process- there are kinks to be worked out and the business was not concerned about getting back to us and in a timely manner- after three emails I finally sent an email very upset and only then received a response. We never were able to order using their online inquiry/email response system- the business never confirmed our order or sent us an invoice and then blamed me for having to keep changing the date of pick up based on their non-response (we kept having to push our party back trying to get this thing actually ordered). If you are going to order from them I suggest just calling directly or going into the store. I put our order in on Friday and had no invoice as late as the following thursday when I finally just stopped trying.
