The food was very good and fairly priced. The biggest issue I had with this place was the customer service. I placed my pick up order through GrubHub. When it was time to pick up my order, I arrived at the restaurant and was told my order was not yet ready. I waited approximately 10 to 15 additional minutes to get my order. I have no problem with waiting but then I found that I was not given my correct order. I didn’t discover this until I got home. It’s one thing to make a customer wait an extended period of time for an order but it’s another thing to get the order wrong as well.

Delightfully delicious and a fun experience! I grew up eating Korean food and absolutely loved the options here. My friend and I shared a bowl and I got a side of kimchi on the side. It was a great deal with plenty of food. If you come with a friend, I definitely recommend sharing bowl. It's a good amount of food and very cost-effective. The flavors are great. Loved the variety in sauce options/spice level. We got the 7.5 and it was so enjoyable.

I usually don’t write harsh reviews, I feel bad but have to be honest. I saw the two Korean young CEOs on Shark Tank. Everyone was so impressed when they ate the samples. I’m Japanese and love Korean food, especially Chapchae. They said it’s the first kind of Korean fast food, in a cup there’s Korean BBQ, rice, and Chapchae noodles. I was so excited to try, and very disappointed. I ordered the most expensive one with two main dish, fried chicken and fried tofu. My friend got chicken. I also ordered kimchi on the side and Chapchae to take it home with the rest for our picnic. The lady forgot to give me kimchi and Chapchae. Glad that I checked before I left. Kimchi was in a little bitty tiny sauce container! The amount of my two main dish was so small, it was about the same size of my friend’s one main dish cup or smaller. And to top it off, she forgot to put rice in my cup! And most importantly, the taste and the whole presentation was not there at all. For the same price, I could’ve got 3-4 times better quality and more amount at Panda Express. They need to rebump the whole thing or Shark is in trouble.

I'm a fan of Korean food and this place got me hooked. The last bite of kimchi was particularly good, not too spicy but still packed with full flavor. The atmosphere and food are both amazing, and it feels like being in Korea! I love how they have an amazing selection with all sorts of different temps and flavors, making it easy enough so you can find something new each visit!

The food was delicious! I had the rock bob, while my partner had the B Bop and I have to say, it was seriously delicious. Spice scale goes from 1 - 10, with 1 being no spice. I had a 7.5 and my wife had a 5. Both options ended up being great, with the B Bop having a subtle sweet spiciness. While the rock bop was spicey (similar to Sriracha) a few seconds after the bite. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick meal. Prices where very affordable.Very cool atmosphere, music and decor too. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly.

I reallly wanted to love this place. The employees are nice, the place is super cute and well decorated. It smells really enticing upon entering, but the food was a fail to say the least. ? not sure if it was the last of the noodles for the night or what but some were hard and stale. The chicken was a bit rough, the meat was not flavored much. I guess really the only thing that made it a little edible, (I ate about 1/3 maybe) was the generous portion of sauces squeezed on top. Other than that, meh

Pretty cool spot! If you're not sure how to go about ordering here, don't worry... the staff will guide you on how to order or it's on the wall haha. If you want something to eat immediately, come here!! The food itself is pretty good and huge portions! I like how you can a just the spice level. Pretty cool spot.

Place is clean very friendly we loved cup bop in Salt Lake City and were saddened that there was not one in Vegas till now thanks for making the move with us lol

Great food! My favorite is the spicy pork.

I got the fried chicken bowl and it was delicious! The noodles too. There is white rice included which I do t think added anything interesting to the dish. I would just prefer more noodles or have fried rice as an option.Overall very reasonable pricing and tasty
