We ordered two MOJO Roasted Pork plates with Cuban citrus dressing (which is delicious). We also got two of each of their empanadas, a Ybor Original sandwich (my husband's favorite and now my 9 year oldest favorite), and two guava and cheese and two coconut pastilitos. Those were also delicious. I like the guava and cheese the best, but the coconut is good. It is a small joint, so we ordered and took it home. The black beans and rice was great with the pork. I loved the Cuban citrus dressing, and I would get an extra oder of it next time I order. The price was decent, and the employee was friendly. Oh, I can't forget the Limon Pina drink! I usually don't drink anything but water, decaffeinated tea, and Thai tea. However, that Limon Pina was so good that I stole my husband's drink and drank some of my son's. I know. Shameful, right? Next time, I will order my own. I just didn't think I would like it. I thought it would be like Fanta drinks, and I was pleasantly surprised by how refreshing it was. It didn't leave a bad after taste like some drinks do. Writing this makes me want to go there now to buy some. You have got to try this place.

In A Nutshell:-Cubanidad Express is a good Cuban restaurant that luckily is close to Summerlin.-If you are in the mood for 305 Cubano eats this place will fill that gap in your stomach.-I ordered their chicken plate w/ tostones.-The chicken was mouthwatering flavorful, I choose white rice w/ black & the tostones were really big & crispy.-They also had fresh pastelitos on display.Overall, if you do a Google Map search (better than Yelp), you'll notice that this is the only Cuban restaurant on this side of town, so like I mentioned above, if you are in the mood for Cuban food this is a great option.

Empanadas small and made with pastry dough.. pastry Dough is for Pastelitos! $2.95 and very very small. Had the Medianoche and not good.. needs to go to La Carreta or any other Cuban in Miami to learn

Love this place. The food is so good. I moved across town and still drive 20 minutes to get it. The green cilantro garlic sauce is amazing. Staff is super friendly.

We are locals and eat out very often. We understand opening a small restaurant is a difficult business - but we appreciate when we find one that offers excellent service, a exciting and diverse menu, comfortable environment and reasonable prices. Cubanidad in Henderson on Eastern and Horizon Ridge is outstanding in all categories. This was our first time in. The place has been open about 5 months. The executive summary is: Don't miss out on eating here. The staff is extraordinarily attentive, the environment is clean and comfortable, the menu is wonderful, the food is fresh and cooked to perfection and the portions are large enough to fill me (6'2", 270lb). Upon arriving, the owner/manager saw us studying the menu and immediately asked if he could explain anything or help us. We thanked him and said we were good - and then we were dazzled by the options. I had the Pecadita Plate and The Boss had Garlic/Cilantro Shrimp, Cuban Beans and Rice with Grilled Veggies. I also ordered a Ropa Vieja empanada and The Boss had a coconut pastery. DELICIOUS! The food was seriously cooked to perfection, pork crisp on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. The plate was accompanied by a remarkable chimichurri sauce (I asked for extra after tasting it), a BBQ sauce and pickled onions. They make their sauces and food fresh and it is authentic. Throughout the meal, our hosts were attentive, engaging and courteous. We had a delightful and delicious meal. We are close, so we will be going back often now that we have discovered Cubanidad. We cannot wait to explore the remainder of the menu! Do yourself a favor and dine at Cubanidad

This is the worst place to eat Cuban food . The food is cold and near burnt. You can tell it’s old and the meat seems to be canned meat. Very small portion for the price. For almost $11 I’d expect at least a good amount of food. Very poor quality of food compared to other places like El Tinajon. Don’t waste your time.

I had never had Cuban food before. I am glad that I found this place! I can't stop thinking about it. It is some of the best food that I have ever had. I can't wait for my mother in law to visit so that I can bring her.

We had an awful take out dinner from Cubanidad. The food was inedible. The steak was so tough we eventually threw it out. The fried beans were OK. The delivery was also OK and reasonably ontime.

We've had their food many times and always loved it. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was terrible. I called the Henderson location to place an order for pickup and I was asked to hold. I could hear the employee's conversation, I noticed she had finished the transaction, then I heard her talking to coworkers and after 15 min. of waiting on hold I realized she had forgotten about me. I drove there and called again while driving but the line was busy probably because the emp

food is amazing, so good that i forgot to take a picture of the first meal
