First time tasting these cookies & I forgot the name of this cookie but it was peanut butter & chocolate yum!!! I would gave rated 5 stars but the sugar Twix cookie tasted a little stale.

I love almost every cookie at Crumbl, Almost every single one! The Captain crunch one, the vanilla bean one, the frosting one, Cinnamon Roll, Strawberry.… but man the chocolate chip cookie SUCKS! Never enough chocolate chips and it’s below average. Please fix your guys chocolate chip cookie, it’s a 5/10 while every other cookie you make is a 10/10.
Never disappointed with these cookies! You can tell they are quality by their buttery flavor. The drive thru is always fast.
I host a comedy show and include a crumble cookie when I pay my comics. They love them! Staff seems a bit irritated at times when we ask for individual boxes but hey that's what I pay for. But for the most part they are nice.
Very very tacky! Before I could even pay or pull my card out she stuck the iPad out the windows and asked if I would like to leave them a tip? Tip for what?! I haven’t even paid or seen the order yet, let alone this is my very first time here. 4 cookies for $13 I think customers should get some type of incentive for it being their first time instead of having an iPad shoved at you for a tip!Cookies was also too damn sweet taste like they dumped a pound of sugar in it, I would say these are more so for kids because of howsweet they are.
I absolutely love Crumbl Cookies! I have never had a horrible experience in the times I go buy cookies. However, this past Saturday, I went in the drive-thru and was informed that the card reader was not working and had to go inside if I wanted to use my card. I had cash luckily but if I wanted to go inside, I would have done so in the first place! Do better Crumbl!
I was told you either love them or hate them. For that reason I waited quite a while to try these… Finally I saw someone else that posted about them and decided to try. I’m super picky about food. My thing is If I can make them myself, the same or better I won’t buy it. These are worth buying! We loved them! I’d say they are more cake like than cookie almost, and huge for a cookie. We seriously bought 3 and shared all the different flavors between the 5 of us. It was the perfect snack. So, safe to say they we are on the love them side!
The best cookies I have ever had! The cornbread cookie is my absolute favorite. And their pink sugar cookie is one of a kind ❤️
