I loved the food and lattes but thr service is HORRIBLE! SUPER RUDE CASHIER'S, I ASKED WHICH ONE WAS THERE BEST LATTES AND SHE GABED ME THE RUDEST RESPONSE EVER , MAKES ME NOT WANT TO COME VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN SO SAD BECAUSE THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS.
if i could put 0 stars i definitely would!! the young lady who took my order LACKED customer service skills, didn’t get no “hi what can i get for you?” and when my order was ready she just yelled HERE YOU GO didn’t even say thank you have a nice night.. not to mention the crepes are not the same like before , the previous staff before these young ladies worked here were AWESOME the customer service SUCKS now
Food is mid at best but it had a hair in it and the employees don’t even wear hats!!!! I couldn’t even eat my food I asked for the manager and she just looked at me with an attitude of a grinch!!!
First time having crepes but o can't complain was a nice treat to hit the spot
Avoid this place it’s not what it just to be. Crepes are not as good as before.Customer Service is not the best but i mentally prepare before coming here. However, I just witnessed a conflict between the owner and a customer for the second time in less than 3 months. This place is going down the hill.
Flavors are great. Crepe is a little thick but it’s pretty typical. Super delicious filling but the sweet crepes are WAY too much. Don’t get a sweet crepe unless it’s dessert. The cheesecake crepe had an ENTIRE SLICE of cheesecake inside, not just cheesecake filling or bites. Delicious but omg that’s a lot of sweet. The cream cheese crepe basically has an entire bar of cream cheese in it, about half an inch layer once you squish it all down inside the crepe. It’s just a lot of filling. However, I will say the croissant breakfast sandwich was AMAZING.
This food is awful. I do not know how this place even got any good ratings. People that think this is 5 stars don't understand what crepes should taste like apparently. I got the chicken pesto crepe. It looked good at first but inside it was a disaster. It was not very good tasting and the textures of almost everything was not right. I do not know how they could manage such a feat to make the food have taste and texture like that? The crepe shell was thick and wheat breadish. It looked like a mess and tasted like one too. Second crepe was my girls apple crepe. It was made out of this very cheap canned gelled apple stuff. All wrapped in a super thick tough bland wheat wrap. It was like wrapping a cheap apple pie in a wheat tortilla. The shell was super chewy. We took like 2 bites pushed the food around a bit and made the listen to just throw both dishes out and leave. Im glad some people think that this is what Crepes are supposed to be like because this place is perfect for them. As for me I would not consider eating here ever again.
This is a jewel in the community. Beautiful atmosphere and kind staff. The crepes are perfect we've had both sweet and savory. We'll be regular customers.
Good is really good, service is completely horrible. Eugenia (owner) is really uneducated and gives you attitude for every little things you ask for. I used to love it but it’s been too many bad experiences already, so I’ll keep out.
Horrible service, 2 little girls shouting across the room and giving attitude while customers in lobby ordering and eating. Should hire people with better service
