It is a sensitive issue, because being Latino, my family member and I have never received good treatment from a waitress, we have asked her for fresh strawberries in our pancakes and she did not give us only our table, alleging that there were no strawberries since the Last week and around the other clients if they had apart they have not been very kind to us. Definitely a place I won't go back to. The food has been good, a very southern flavor.
Cracker Barrel is a "must do" every time we go to Vegas! The people are awesome, the service is second to none, the food is the freshest and best. Prices are great and we eat early. They have everything we like to eat , I included the gift shop because every other time I eat there I buy a dress. I literally say " I'm going to the bathroom" I find a dress change in the ladies room pay for it and come back to the table in different clothes. I love the gift shop. The souvenirs are nicer and less expensive there too. It's an all around great family experience. I retire to a rocker out front with coffee when Im full. Some day I'll bring one of those home.
I love this place so much. Friday morning I tried to come but a whole church took over the place and it was a 90 minute wait. Came back next day and it was an immediate sit down but a 30 minute wait for food. Very much expected for a Saturday morning.3 stars for the food: sent eggs back. I don't understand why the white wasn't mixed properly with the yolk. It was half cooked. Smh the pancakes were cold. I found that odd since the waitress were barely on the floor since it was so busy. She forgot my hashbrown casserole. Food was super tasty but cooks just weren't giving me their best eggs.
What a refreshing restaurant visit my husband and I had. Honestly service has been bad almost anywhere you go (thanks to the pandemic naturally), but also because there are so many young people that just don't seem to care when it comes to customer service anymore. Katrina was AMAZING! She was so funny, sweet, and efficient. The food was delicious and Katrina's hospitality made the whole dining experience that much better.

The quality at this CB was terrific, packed out but great service and food. Others I have been to have been only average, but this was a true crowd pleaser. Loaded hash browns, fried apples and great decaf.

One of our fave restaurants in town, come here a lot and there was always waiting time and it could be so crazy crowded. There were times when the lines were too crazy that we cancelled to dine in. Btw we were just there again last week in 2022, and was so shocked to see how empty it was. At around 5pm, when it was usually getting busy for dinner, there were only guests in like 10 or less tables. We stayed for a while, still not getting busy.I love their chicken and dumpling or their pancakes for breakfast.
