I show up at 1015pm because online said it closes at 1100pm. And they have this sign that says “be back in 30 minutes”. A young man approaches the door and says they’re having a 30 minute snack break. I’ve worked fast food, and I’ve never seen a store close entirely just for a snack break. Unprofessional. If you need a snack, get a snack and then finish your shift.
Visited early July 2022. No ice cream was in the coolers at 930pm when we arrived. The staff was not out front either so we had to yell hello until someone came from the back. The young kids working seemed pleasant enough and told us the coolers were broken so they has to keep product in the back freezer. (They were unhappy about the cooler situation also but if I had to guess, it's hard to keep the place cool enough in 100+ heat!) The counter area where they worked wasn't super clean but I think that location needs a renovation. It looks dirty and dingy from age. They are likely opening themselves up to a health violation soon.Ultimately we were happy with the ice cream, even if it was really melty.
First time at this location and will be the last! I honestly feel sorry for the young workers having to work in this environment. Apparently the A/C (July 4th weekend)was out and the ice-cream was melting due to it being almost 90 degrees in the store. The staff stated that they had already tried to reach out to management but had not received a response. I had suggested reaching out to the owner of the shop. Terrible environment for the staff and patrons. If there was a negative rating, I'd apply it!!
This was one of the dirtiest places I've ever been in. So gross. Windows, tables, and floors were all filthy. And the bathroom wasn't even usable it was so dirty. I'm not sure how this place is still open. Disgusted!
The employees were all outside in a vehicle before we came in. Asked for “the way the cookie crumbles” and she gave me some red looking ice cream with a random red frosting drawing on top. It was messy, didn’t look at all like the photo and when she gave it to me she looked at me like “is this it?” Weirdest experience of my life.
When we first went into this store it was good! Now we go in there ALWAYS out of items for the flavor we want and when we try to substitute for something else there also out. They take awhile to assist you, they have NO STAFF! Very disappointed!

How can you not have chocolate ice-cream in an ice cream establishment... REALLY! I was splurging $7.00+ for a specialty scoop and can't get what I really want.... SAD DAY AT COLD STONE....
Birthday Fail...After a rough start to march with a big family emergency I decided this year to treat myself to a birthday cake. I ordered a week in advance and a few days before cold stone called and confirmed my order. Well today my birthday I went to pick it up and it was not done. The guy working the counter was very nice and explained that the cake with the ganash I ordered would not be ready today. I was very upset because I had ordered a week in advance and confirmed it a few days before!! So now on my birthday I'm having to run around a find a new cake making myself late to my own party.
I’m not sure who owns or manages this location but some serious work needs to be done on the restroom(s) here. The toilet was filthy, the paper towel dispenser was completely broken, there was trash all over the place, the toilet paper rolls were empty, the sink was really dirty, there was damage to the door frame and various wall tiles. If this is the standard of your bathrooms where your customer can see, I’d hate to see the way you keep the kitchen where customers CAN NOT SEE. ??
