First time I come to this location. The guy was in a hurry to go nowhere, and my ice cream was very low, I usually get my ice cream all the way to the top, and this time was way, way below the 3/4 mark. Defenatly not coming to this location again.
If I could give a ZERO ! I ordered my sons cake last week with the assistant Manager Jordan and called to the store on 4/30 for pickup, no order on file. Very unprofessional, unreliable now my son doesn’t have a cake because of their Assistant Manager Jordan and Cold Stone capability of hiring incompetent people.
Rude and unfriendly staff..came in to get ice cream for my kid and was completely ignored…stood there about 10 mins before I had to literally ask if they were open to get some assistance. One of the young ladies seemed to be on her phone as well…disappointing.
The slowest Cold Stone I have ever gone into. Waited ten minutes in line and eventually walked out because not a single employee looked at us or greeted us. They focused solely on the three people in front and themselves. Worst experience ever. Will not be coming back.

Placed an online order for my daughter's birthday on Wed for delivery on Saturday afternoon. After getting notified that the order was 6 minutes away, it was followed up by a cancellation email. It had the stores number to call due to an issue with the order. I called a dozen times and no one ever answered the phone. Needless to say i won't be using this location for future visits/orders. Ruined my daughter's birthday.. Thanks
I ordered a midnight delight cake and the cake I received looks nothing like the picture on the website. So disappointed it's like they didn't even try and put any effort into it.
Great experience here with my wife and kids. We got our orders so fast too. Super nice staff that kept the place sanitary and comfortable.
