I was excited to go there....the lady who served us was STONED COLD....I thought she was being racist towards me and my family seeing her greet the other people yet i happily said hello....until i read the previous comments & realized many others had the same experience...UGLY customer service I won't be going back there!
This location has a ridiculous number of rules. It does not offer samples, charges for more than one tiny scoop of toppings, and will only mix together two flavors no matter what size you get.Go to a different Cold Stone creamery.
Great! The best! But they are getting outrageous with their prices?. I will rate it high because it is top notch ice cream. But I am sorry to say I can't go as often now because of the price increase. If you haven't been there lately they charge you for the toppings. So now no toppings.☹.
I'm going to go ahead and add my review to the dozens on here about the terrible customer service at this location. We arrived at 9:15 (said they closed at 10) and half the chairs were up. When we asked if we could sit, they said no, the lobby closed at 9. No signs, no warning, just kicked out after we spent our money. Gotta love eating 15 minute old melted ice cream that cost $20...In short, go to a different location or spend $8 at the grocery store.
Vanilla ICE CREAM $7 for small cup, was overchurned- gritty and chunks of butter. Couldn’t eat it, ended up throwing it away. Will not goto Cold Stone again
AWFUL service. The girls look miserable. They make you feel like you’re bothering them. The young woman who took my order today around 8pm looked like she just got back from the gym. No uniform and big messy curly hair. Bad attitude.
Poor customer service.I kept receiving text promos, so we decided to go in about 8:20ish, (forty minutes prior to closing). The frozen granite stone had been shut down. The girls behind the counter allowed us to decide on our "creations" only to tell us they were unable to actually "create" them. if you want to close your shop at 8 PM it's as simple as updating the hours. The "manager on duty" was extremely rude. Also, you'll have more business if you keep your open sign ON. This is the second time we go after 8 & leave empty-handed. Plenty of ice cream shops around town to choose from, that value the time and business of their customers.
This location closest to my house, but , unfortunately, I will not return here and rather go to some other place where customer service is better. I'm not a picky customer, but is it really that hard to put 3 small spoons of different ice cream in 1 bowl instead of 2 spoons? No toppings, no mixing, no additional service required?! I asked for it and no matter what size bowl I willing to buy, there could be only 2 flavors of ice cream...which is kind of ruining whole experience of going to the ice cream shop instead of the store. For goodness sake, even in Walmart I can get 3 flavors in one bowl - it's called "Neapolitan ice cream "!!! And to top this, their smoothies and shakes could be served only in certain time of the day, there time limitations. No wonder this Cold Stone store always empty, they don't really customer - friendly.
Terrible service. Found a long hair in my ice cream and the two girls working December 27th at 7:30pm wouldn’t make a new ice cream for us. They also didn’t have gloves or hair nets on. And my 3 year old needed to relieve himself and the restroom was out of service they said. Slow and very poor customer service.
Stopped in at 9:30pm on a saturday night, open sign was turn off staff was rude. Couldn't mix in topping into ice cream because they want to close early.....
