I want to acknowledge the great customer service they give you. I had a few questions abt the popping boba and she let me try it on the house! I’m new to this boba thing and only tried it from spots in la but this might be my go2 spot in vegas! I only order the taro milk tea and it was a bit on the tart side with a sweet aftertaste I couldn’t resist! Will definitely be coming back for more.
The customer service here is amazing. The girls working were so sweet and told us they’d remake any drink if we didn’t like it! Of course, our drinks were all perfect the first time. I am so so pleased with this store!
Had a late night excursion of losing at my local casino and was looking for something sweet to make me feel better and found Cloud Tea.I was very happy to know that they were open till midnight as I got there at around 9:00pm. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba and received my drink fairly quickly.The quality of the drink was fantastic and the quality of the boba made it even better.I use to live in southern cali and I was surrounded by boba shops like Ding Tea, Lolicup, Tapioca express and many more but this place here hands down takes the cake.
I will not support this business. Just look it up on the news. Owner isn’t a very good person.
Ordered the 1.)Honeydew, 2.)milk tea, and 3.)strawberry smoothie from Cloud Tea. The Honeydew was the winner of the 3. The strawberry was good, it tasted like natural strawberries. The milk tea was rated with a heart, and wasn’t bad. I’ll stick to the regular milk tea drink minus the smoothie.I will definitely be back to this place.
Great wifiing/study space durung the day. Good tea, plenty of seating with outlets nearby, good wifi speed and really nice staff.
Falsifying hate crimes is disgusting. I cannot support this business.
Such good boba! I love to get the coconut milk tea and my sister loves the slushes, the new watermelon is her favorite. We go out of our way to drive across town because Cloud Tea is so good and open late too!

Great vibe in here and wasn't even planning on grabbing a Boba on my way to grab something at the Big 5 next door. Lots of students working away at tables, so pleasant calm energy. Clear menu, good prices (not insane markup on soy milk), friendly service, and tasty tea/boba. Could actually taste the tea leaves in my matcha milk tea. Yummy, I'll be back!
