I ordered three pieces of chicken and I only got one piece of chicken it didn't realize it until I got home. That really sucked because the drive-thru took well over 20 mins.to get my order.
Great chicken during daytime hours. Evening shift gives you old cold chicken. Check bags to make sure you get all your request. Check that fries are hot as well as chicken. If they wouldn't forget and give old fries. , I'd give 5 stars.
The seasoning the chicken batter was nothing special but the skin tasted over cooked. The corn was terrible (no flavor and soggy). The biscuits were a pleasant surprise seeing that the rest of the items were so gross.
We wanted to sit down and eat some TEXAS FRIED CHICKEN... That is where CHURCH'S started...in Texas....but they didn't allow in store dining...so we had to go down the street and eat KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN instead!
Ordered a 3pc combo. They failed to mention that they didn't have any biscuits. (Pic below).. Drink was flat, mashed potatoes were barely warm.. Called numerous amounts of times. The phone was either busy or it kept ringing. No answer. They should give customers a heads up when out of item(s)..

Great place no questions asked for a huge last minute order. Called all the grocery stores in Las Vegas and was told they needed 24 hours for an order of 60 or more pieces. Churches did 100 plus pieces no problem! Also the chicken was perfect! Definitely will visit them when I'm back in town.
Other than the opening time being 11:30 am and not 10:00 am, and closing time is 8:00 pm not 10:00 pm. We were in the drive thru for about 15 minutes to get our order, which is not bad considering the staffing shortage and compared to let’s say McDonald’s which now take about the same time to get something from the drive thru as well. The food was still very delicious, hot and juicy. The new sandwich they have is very good, I definitely recommend trying it.
I would never understand drive through only, and the fact that I get to the window to pay for my order and I wanted to add something else and they would not add it and I would have to go all the way around there for making my food that I just ordered cold makes no sense and that's really bad customer service indeed this location is very busy at this time but a customer is a customer and you should not disregard the customer and their needs because you guys have lack of staff members tacky service then I get a apple pie that I ordered and smashed thrown in the bag what kind of mess.
The food is awesome if you don't have a Church's where you live make sure to try them in Vegas.
