My kids love this place, they always have fun.But I remember I have always like this restaurant chain because it's security with kids, at the entrance they used to "mark" the family and at the exit they used to check the mark assuring the kids will go with the right family. Well, they didn't do it this time.
For the area its absolutely disappointing. We went on a Thursday at around 3pm they told us when we got there that they weren’t serving drinks or food. We got a fun card and more than 50% of the games were broken. All the picture machines were out of service. My daughter tried so hard to win a ball on the claw machine, the claw never dropped her ball in the prize hole. Nobody was there at the prize counter. Just a waste of money and time. Kids were more frustrated than happy. Don’t recommend.
My 2 yr old loves the place. So, I take him knowing the machines needs some tending to. I've been to this location twice. The staff are cool. Never had any issues there. But, please keep the machines up to par. That's the establishment's bread and butter. It's frustrating when I have to constantly swipe my card more than once to get the ride/ game going, and sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.
This site is open during some maintenance so there were some things that were not working BUT.... The manager and staff were very accommodating and attentive. Our large group had a good time. I just wish the kids were able to enjoy the full time we reserved.
0 star for the manager. I spend 24 dollars for 60 minutes. However, after 10 minutes, the card was not working. I went to the manager and she explained that I chose the point instead of time.After understanding my mistake, I ask if she could help us and change back to time since my kids had just play for 10 minutes for 24 dollars. She absolutely did not care. Good jod Chuck E Cheese for putting money first instead of the children you are supposed to serve.
My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restaurants and alot of shops right in new Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
This place was okay. I took my nephew here with family to celebrate his 2nd birthday. Unfortunately, a lot of the games did not work for some reason. The staff, however, were absolute ROCKSTARS! I was surprised by some of their menu options and I can say, with absolute certainty, that their wings are better than Domino's. If you decide to go here you MUST try the Ticket Blaster!
Half of the games with tokens didn't work and there isn't many games here. Chuck e cheese never came out. This place is on the small side. Not alot of options for the salad bar.
Having not been here for about 20 years, I was not impressed with all the changes. There is no longer the child stamp where there was a checkout so children could not leave without their group. Some games did not work but this was not stated. The pizza was just okay and the staff did not seem happy to be working. This place use to be fun for adults as well, sometimes change isn't good.
Good for young children's parties. A bit crowded but expected. Chucky was very interactive with the children even took photos. Lost my phone and an attendant returned it. Thank you Chucky Cheese!
