Some broken games and some tables are broken on the back rest. Need some improvement saw they had grand re-opening and honestly this place needs more work.. This place needs another re-opening, with more adjustments making sure the games function well before being open to the public.

This location is very clean.Daniel was so amazing. I really hope Daniel gets promoted to management. Daniel was doing everything from running the front (cash register) to stamping guests hands (entrance) and the prize booth. Daniel was definitely over worked and when Daniel needed help with beer the actual manager gave us so much attitude. At the end of our visit we thanked Daniel! Management needs to up their game and they definitely need more staff

Chuck E cheese's is always amazing. The staff was great extremely professional ☺️. Have unlimited game packages now and food combos as well. We went here after graduation and it was a amazing experience. Thanks Chuck E cheese we're a kid can be a kid. ❤️❤️

My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restaurants and alot of shops right in new Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill

Not the greatest of pizzas for the price. But there's some.people that just love it! I like the extra security hand stamping when you go in there with kids. Salad bar is open!! It may be basic as far as options, but I found it very satisfying!! They don't allow you to bring in food from outside(but my water bottles were in my bag ?). My grandkids had a great time!!

Food ok. Service , not so good. Asked for toilet paper in bathroom, we were there about 3 hours, nobody put any in the bathroom. Nobody was at counters most the time there. Customers had to wait, and ever yell/holler to get a worker. My twin 5 yr grandsons had a blast playing the games - the ones that worked..

Great place for kids and adults, to play games and have a meal. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, 4 fountain drinks and 2 refillable plates for the salad bar. The salad bar was great. The pizza took about 10-15 minutes and the kids enjoyed it (all gone). The pizza is definitely the perfect size for 2 adults and 2-3 children. I saw a staff person cleaning game and ride equipment. Not sure how often, but it was nice to see that sanitisation measures are in place. The wrist bands for game play for 2 boys, lasted about an hour and a half. Additional cost to add more time to the bands, varies in cost by time requested. There were a few games that we had some issues with and it was impossible to find someone on the floor to make repairs. That being said, it's a great place for an outing with the kids. My cost for food and 3 hours play time was $125.00

Went for a birthday , omg how it’s changed this used to be such a nice location what happen!!!!!! The doors were covered in wood I guess someone broke in.the carpet was full of grey tape , the tiles were all falling apart tripped on them , games were not all working and the pizza was not good. Only good think I can say was the salad. If repairs need to be done I suggest you close the place and get them done instead of having the place open I was so disappointed

Our first visit to see good ol' Chuck E. Cheese since the pandemic started. We had a great time and enjoyed the upgraded system which allows you to pay for points or time. The place was clean and all the employees were very helpful. Definitely recommend a trip here if you have yet to pay a visit!

I wish there was more games. I did have fun tho with my kids. What's with the tape everywhere tho??? It makes it look barren an a lil off putting when u first come in. I did like the pizza and fries. I wanted wings but the didn't have traditional (understandable with the shortage going on). I did notice my kids got to play a lot longer(like almost 2 hours) with the cards . Some other arcade I paid 100$ and my kids were back in my face in like 30 minutes begging for more money lol.....anyways we saved our cards with the tickets on em so we can get a big prizes. My kids are 14.12.and 6.....the olders weren't too interested but I did see a few smiles out of them . 6 yr old loved it. Overall I say it's a pretty chill outing . I do like the safety feature as well. I can kind of let my child lose a lil bit without hovering. The place is small enough to spot ur child from all angles. Lots of tables to sit down. I am in a wheelchair and was able to get around easily. So it is wheelchair accessible. The only place I refused was the restroom I seen it out the corner of my eye lol ? it was a few events going on tho so I suspect they were a but busier than usual. Oh and chuck e. Was out and about. My 14 and 6 were scared lols. 12 was unbothered . Chuckee was walking around entertaining the kids who cared tho.
