I think it’s just ok, not very good to my good hotpot standard. The meat quality is fine. I chose the beef and lamb combo bc I love eating lamb. But I think it’s a mistake to order lamb bc the lamb meat has smell that only good slaughter knows how to get rid of them. I still smell that smell in their lamb meat strongly.Second, I think it’s very expensive compared to the quantity and quality of food served! The only good experience there was that the waiters are very polite and nice.I think there would be other hot pot places that are priced more reasonably and better quality
In A Nutshell:-What a cute little name Chubby Cattle is.-This hot pot restaurant is not an AYCE, but there is a package for under $300 that is AYCE.-With that being said, this restaurant is mostly a la carte.-If you want to maximize your bang for the buck, I suggest ordering the mini combos (meat, mushroom, veggie, etc...)-You'll get a little bit of everything if you order the combos & the portions are very generous.-The quality of the beef, veggies, meatballs, everything is high-end too.Overall, this is an above average hot pot restaurant, definitely worth trying out more than once.
Korean BBQ at its best! We ordered Wagyu beef, short ribs, chicken, jumbo shrimp, and other apps which were already cooked. The meats were sliced thin and were high quality. We had a fantastic time and it was all delicious!
This place has one of the best vegan mushroom hot pots in town. The service was efficient, portions adequate and food, tasty. I also loved the make your own sauce station. It was refilled at regular intervals and had a great selection of spices! Will be back
This was my first time at Chubby Cattle - their service is very attentive and friendly, they take the time to explain the Hot Pot process and even made sure the broths were gluten-free! Amazing selections of vegetables, fish, and meat. Next time you are in Vegas make this your first and last stop!! Amazing experience from start to finish!
Fantastic hot pot. My wife says “it’s hot.”Wagyu is excellent. Great selection in general. They also have a conveyor belt for sides, which is fun.We enjoy spicy things, and the “Entry” level “Hellish Spicy Pot” was perfect for us. Who knows, might have to get crazy and try the “Medium” next time.
During our Vegas trip we gave this place a visit. The food was really good and it was a fun and interesting time cooking our meats and veggies. This was first experience and it definitely was a learning experience. I would for sure visit this place again when I'm in Vegas.
Hotpot in Vegas is a must! Chubby Cattle just hits different! The only thing I was bummed about was not realizing that they had changed to dinner only. My last visit, there was lunch and dinner.

Always a great experience trying all sorts of different foods. Customer service is excellent. It is best to call and reserve a table especially on the weekends.
