My client and I came here to get food after a long day of working. I experienced the worst customer service today by Jennifer, who I was told is the shift manager. She was extremely rude when talking to me in a very aggressive tone, telling me to get out of the line if my order wasn't ready. I apologized for being in the way when she then proceeded to yell at me once again telling me to get back in line. My client who I with along with a customer behind me in line both noticed how disrespectful her tone was towards me for no reason at all. The guy behind me ended up leaving because he was not comfortable in the way she was speaking to me and said he did not want to spend his money there. My client got very upset and told her there was no need for her to be rude like that to a paying customer. She got more upset, made additional comments and then stormed to the back. Her coworker apologized on her behalf and even told us that this was normal behavior from her. They also suggested that I write this review. Someone like this should not be in management position. I'm sure the other employees would agree.
I went to go get some tacos on a busy Friday night. And was attended by the Judy which had excellent customer service even though it was super busy I got my food super fast with a smile on her face. And the food was unbelievably good recommended 100 percent !! ?
The food is average at best. Its way overpriced i got a bowl with steak and veggies and a drink $15. I will be going to cafe rio, or chipotle instead.
Today Christain assisted me; he was observant because he was cleaning up something stopped to change his gloves but this lady stopped midway in the ordering lane. He made sure to acknowledge her if she was ready to order; clearly she wasn’t because she was still having a conversation with her friend. Christain was fast, friendly and helpful! I would hire him at my place of work if I could. Food good as usual ! Highly recommend!
check your receipts! we were overcharged and it was obvious it was either done on purpose or they realized it and tried to hide it. because we were not given a receipt when others were. then when I pointed it out, there was no apology. only resentment that I caught it. sometimes strange going on there!I followed this brand since the beginning in California and am disappointed in what has become of it. I actually made the trip to the palms just to have this for lunch and then was ripped off by the employees. very very sad!
The bomb!! Food was great, so much food i couldn't eat it all. Great customer service. Im from Detroit and i dont play about my food. First time ever leaving a review for anyone.
Went there today for the first time. And was very impressed. I grew up in a family of women who cooked, so trust me that I know quality Mexican food. And gotta say everything was bomb. A little pricey to get it just the way I liked it. But well worth it. Even the bag the food in was heavy. Had trade hands a few times on my way back to my room. Highly recommend...
A great team made our orders quickly and got everything right. My salad with carnitas was great. The chips were crisp. The drinks were awesome. The others in my party liked their food as well. Portions are large and quality good.
Terrible. First the digital menu was down. I asked for a paper menu and the staff behind the counter was very rud and told me to go onlne if I wanted to see a menu. Eventually, the digital menu was restored. I asked for a pork tostada bowl and she said they were out of the shell bowels. So with that I left. It's a shame really, I had seen them at the Palms Casino and was really interested in trying them. Will not return, and will happily convey my very bad experience to the rest of my foodie constituents.
Victor and Christian are amazing and very friendly and informative. Definitely welcomes all of their customers and also very professional and talented in delivering their customers meals. Fast and effective! The world needs more employees like them! Give them a raise!
