Our waiter was excellent! Even though she was serving another sizable party that was sitting next to ours, she was very attentive and kind. It was incredibly wonderful of them to accommodate us at the last minute. Amazing food was served. The bartender kept bringing the beverages that we had all ordered. It was a positive encounter. The eatery was spotless. Definitely the best Chili's in Vegas.
At this location most staff is on point and very friendly. Great hospitality and the environment itself is clean and food is usually always great. Had an amazing server today.
First time there , our server was good the double bbq burger was good , the French fry serving was pretty small , however the robot that brought out our food was comical loved it .. definitely will come back ?
Stopped here for dinner, after attending a work convention.. the food was excellent.. the service was even better, Gloria was a phenomenal waitress! The gentleman who bartended in the evening also did a great job! “Class - A” service!
Our server was great! She was attentive and super sweet even though she had another large party seated right next to ours that she was also serving. They accommodated us last minute, so that was really nice. The food was amazing. We all ordered drinks and the bartender kept them coming. It was a good experience. The restaurant was clean. Best Chili's in Vegas, for sure.
We got here. The place was half empty, but we had to wait a half hour to get seated….The reason given is because the kitchen was backed up. Literally HALF the tables we empty. And I get that the kitchen staff is behind on order.. BUT….Seat people and let them order drinks!!! How DUMB can you be. You are LITERALLY losing money!It make NO sense to make people WAIT to be seated at a table, when literally HALF the tables are empty!!!!This is no inditement on the food we will be ordering in about a half hour from now.
Best chili's I've been to in the valley. On a Saturday night, the wait was only 15mins. The staff was very friendly and attentive on all guests. The food was delicious and the bill wasn't terrible, even with three meals.

Food is good! Just noticed the kitchen is a bit slow or behind at this time, while we watched families on the other tables getting impatient.
Went to have dinner. Good food & company.
