It's about fun”.If flair means being surrounded by table garbage and being told by the bartender you will have to what a while before being served a draft beer, Chili’s has a great future. The attitude should be fun and friendly. Not condescending and rude.Look at the condition of the bar. It was this cluttered and dirty for over 20 minutes. That is what it liked like when I arrived to when I departed when my Togo food was ready. “We’re not in Kansas anymore” flair is better than this.It is sad to see a family favorite restaurant decline so quickly. My neighborhood chilis should have better service than the dmv.
They always have great service at this location. We went for lunch at noon, and everyone was so friendly.The food was good and the order was correct and the refills never stopped.Definitely one of the best locations I have been to.
Service was professional, food was alright, steak overcooked but nothing to really complain about. Service/quality of food is as expected.
Ate in Chili's at terminal D Mcaren airport. Hamburger and fries. 4hrs later got gastroenteritis. Had not eaten anywhere else that day. If you do eat there, sit near the toilet when you fly.

30 minute wait to be seated because kitchen is backed up ... not enough seating in the lobby... soup served luke warm.
Dont waste your hard earned money here. Ive never been to a Chilis as dirty and bas service. It obvious the management don't have control of process and service. Waiters fooling around while the place stays dirty, bad long service, food cold, its a bad place.
No complaints the food and the service is always good here. My family and I always enjoy eating at this Chili’s
