We have frequented this chilis multiple times the past few years, but will not be going back. Food was promised at 8:30 for a pickup order. It wasn’t ready until 9:10pm and then when we got home and it was missing two side items. In addition to missing two sides, this was how the coleslaw was served. Literally only filled up maybe 1/4 of the way and only shredded cabbage and lettuce, no sauce. We called to speak to a manager and were put on hold. I waited 15 minutes and finally hung up. This location has gone down hill. I understand making mistakes, but the lack of customer service is why we won’t be returning. So disappointing.
We come here often but lately the food has been Terrible. We ordered an $8 side of my favorite skillet queso dip. Literally got uncooked cheese it wasn’t even hot enough to melt in a container with a lid & raw spinach with 1 inch of queso in a tiny container. My Cajun pasta had no Cajun seasoning. My daughters pizza looks like it was reheated & she got 7 fries. No joke 7. & my sons chicken tenders were cold & hard. The photo of the dip is after cooking it myself
The food was OK. Flavor and presentation 6/10. The service from the waiter was amazing. BUT the front desk girl were terrible. ZERO customer Service. Not even a hi, hello or welcome. Straight to " how many ???". Then she sat us in a unclean table that was obviously dirty n had food n TRASH on the floor. I asked to have us moved n waiter moved us to a clean table.I literally saw them clean the table with a wet cloth... like ewww.
Well, I didn't really like my visit all that much. The staff were very kind and attentive and we were served our food quickly. It was also very clean. However, the food didn't taste very good. Not to say it was bad, but it tasted like something I could make at home. That and the little electronic kiosk had way less games than it had a couple years ago and it still costs $1.99. It used to come with Monopoly and trivia and a bunch of fun games. Now it has a couple of games, many of which lag or don't function properly.Overall my experience was pretty negative. But I do want to reiterate, the staff, wait time, and cleanliness were perfect.3/10
I'm giving 5 stars because it has been a very long time since we have had great service. Chelsea was fantastic. We had the Southwest Chicken Cesar Salad and the BBQ Brisket Burger; both were perfect. They even spit the dishes for us.
The service was good and so was the food.
The two stars is for the taste of drinks and food only. If i’m going to spend $80 something (without tip) on a meal for 3 people I would at least expect the service to be decent. Our server was rude, unwelcoming and distant during our whole visit. Also tried overcharging us! The only reason i tipped +20% and won’t mention her name is because I am a server myself. We are frequent guest at this restaurant and if ever seated with her again will ask for someone different. Ruined the whole dinner. My sister wanted to enjoy her first night out post pregnancy and the server ruined it!
Happy hour Margaritas are great and you can actually taste the alcohol in them. I always have a pleasant experience whenever I visit. The servers are friendly with excellent customer service skills .
Chilis>Applebee'sI wish that silly country song was about Chili's instead. $5 margaritas. Delicious menu. Love the thin chips that come with salsa/guac. Chili's has my heart ❤️
Despite being very busy, the service was prompt and friendly. We chose to sit at the bar instead of waiting the estimated 30 minutes to be seated. The bar tender was very busy but was patient and pleasant. We have had better food preparation at the chili's chain previously. Today, my wife's steak was medium well, she ordered it rare. The burger I had was cooked medium rare. I ordered it well. Hence the three stars instead of four. The building was clean and well maintained.
