Terrible service. Watched more 8 people walk away because they couldnt get seated (hostess was now where to be found). Waited an extra half hour to try to leave. Couldnt get water or sauces replished to finish our meal. Watched a table get cleaned next to us with just a napkin, so that was cool.
Had curbside pick up yesterday, the food was horrific. The chicken breast was tough and cold, I couldn't eat it. The cheese on it was hard, the fries were super cold and chewy, the only thing I ate was the mini side salad.
Great food. Flavor whether it be a fried pickles with a little liquor. Great service with a southern egg roll. We know we are leaving full and happy on a Sunday afternoon. Home is where are nap is. Hope our leftovers make it that far.
This was the worst experience ever. People were being sat before us even though we got there first. The hostess told us it would be five minutes and it turned out to be 30. We then were verbally assaulted by the waitress in the bar because they were under staffed. We ended up leaving due to the poor service. Never again. Please don’t waste your time going here.
Came with family to have dinner. They were not very busy but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Our waiter would ask us a question we had about 2 seconds to give an answer or he would walk away. I asked for ranch when placing our food order. They brought our ranch when everyone was done eating. Will not be eating at this location.

James the General Manager was very courteous. Other than that this experience was Horrible!. From the moment I walked in the bartender was extremely rude. It wasn't even busy. I was ignored several times before I had to ask for service. After finally getting my food, the burger was way overcooked. Southwestern egrolls were over battered and over salted. Tasted like burnt tortilla chips!!! My ex girlfriend used to work for this company in another state and the food and service was ALWAYS delicious and on point. This experience there were individuals goofing off in the kitchen not paying attention to customers needs. It's sad James the GM was on site and still allowed such lackluster service. Had the nerve to shake my hand and give me overcooked food. What a shameful establishment. Get help ? hiring. Maybe submit for a dirty dirty dining show. Do something ? I even saw the discontent on other customers faces like they didn't wanna eat there.
If I could review in negitive stars I would .There was 10 of us... so we knew we had to be patience. However, the following events were unacceptableWe arrived and waited 10 mins before we decided to ask for menusMeanwhile, a tabel next to us with 6 people were already ordering drinksThen another 10 mins or so to get our drink order ..That's 20 mins of us sitting before we even meet our server...We all order drinks and food...WAIT FOR 45 mins before we address the fact those 6 people who ordered drinks have now been served, ate and are now leavingOnly to find our our food was never ordered...We are livid and starving...They rush our order...And the food was less than mediocre ...I ask the server to speak to the manager to be aware of our expierence...We does not... and I only knew because I spoke to the managerShe did compt our meal but didn't tell our server... so our server tried to charge usCommunication, services and the actual food is the worst I have ever expierenced.
5 star just for service alone! A party of 11 crazy women celebrating a Bachelorette party. Our server was amazing. He provided us each with separate checks & excellent service. The burger I had was delicious as well.
Salmon was COMPLETELY undercooked. Although they made another one (slightly burnt) we were refused a refund for our troubles with having to drive 40 minutes total to get another meal. Manager was ok but not very empathetic. Won’t be back.
