I remember what Chili’s used to be. I came in, restaurant was half empty and still waited 25 minutes for a table. After we’re seated, our waiter never came to our table. This was another 20 minutes. Didn’t even water, so we left and went elsewhere. Whatever issues they have, they gotta figure out, but they definitely lost my business. So many good local places in Vegas, don’t waste your time here.
This is sad. We always come to this Chili's, tonight we decided to dine here. The service was okay , but the food was horrible!! Everything looked and tasted old, like it was sitting around for who knows how long. I ordered a coffee and I was told they needed to make a fresh pot, so when the coffee comes out, it's warm! They might as well said they were out of coffee if they were just going to heat up old coffee. It's just crazy to me how our entire meal was disgusting. They refunded the money back and never asked what was wrong with the meal. Poor management is whats wrong with it! We are never eating here again. Thanks for the discount tho!
Chili’s used to be good back in the day but it is now just gross. The food was super salty and it looked like it had been sitting out our server Michelle was nice but the food was lackluster. We had the Cajun shrimp pasta and soup but it had been sitting under a heat lamp just Yukkkkk
Our local Chilis is great! We always it at the bar and receive great service. All bartenders here that we have been served by are women that are very hard working and multitask very well. We enjoy cooking here during happy hours taking advantage of the happy hour food and drink menu. Texas fries are a must try.
Great food, atmosphere and service. Wonderful spot for a quick lunch or bite to eat. The southwest egg rolls are the best. The lil burger bites are good too. Not a big fan of the queso dip, but it did look good!!!!
I had ordered a to go "JUST BACON BURGER". Upon opening my container I was grossly unimpressed. The To go service makes me want to go to Burger King. My expectations of chili's was much higher than a fast food restaurant, why pay premium price for mediocre product. Below is reality vs advertised.
Chili's has fallen back on their quality service these last few years. Their menu has shrunk to a bare bones offering only 4 choices to their BBQ plate and previously their appetizers used to offer more food but seem to have gotten more expensive and offer less food. The food tasted good despite my burger coming with a bit too much char than I'd like but I still feel it wasn't worth for the value that paid versus going to another restaurant and getting more for the same price or even less. The staff were attentive and friendly but seemed understaffed when a near empty dining room had us still wait half an hour to be seated and food took a while to come out.
Upon arrival at Chili’s I met a hostess named Angel. She seemed pleasant and friendly and stated wait time will be 5 minutes. As I waited 2 other parties came in separately. (This was after waiting roughly 15 minutes) Angel proceeded to seat both parties ahead of myself. This is where it gets weird, as she directs the second party to their table, she first asks me if I am with them? Now I have to admit I was very tempted to say yes just so I could get seated, but my suspicion told me the 2 guys would not have agreed (gee ya think?) So as another 5 minutes passed I kindly asked Angel if it would be ok to eat at her restaurant and she then opted to seat me. I eat at Chili’s often and have always had decent service, but this location does not at all consider first come first serve. Food for thought the previous did not have reservations. Thankfully Marconi grill is next door. This Chili’s location could really learn hospitality from their neighbor. Hats off macaroni grill!
Waiting and waiting for server to let me know where to go and place a to go order it's in the far back corner in case you are looking for it finally I ask can I just go sit at the bar and order no you go to the to go corner. So now I am on going on 25 minutes so I ask can I go to the bar area and wait I see I can at least watch tv and the answer is you can ask but usually No they don't want people in just sitting around. Well I wouldn't be sitting around if it didn't take now up to 45 minutes for a to go order. This is only the second time here can't say they have the best in customer service or timely service.
Their loaded potato soup is excellent and the ribs were cooked to near perfection. The house BBQ sauce is robust without being overpowering. Service was timely despite a steadystream of customers.I highly recommend this location.
