Not very good food or customer service. Even getting seated was a challenge with empty tables. Pro tip: if you have a burning desire to eat at an airport chili's, gon scan the qr code to be put on the wait-list. I ordered the burger and it was on the gross side with questionable lettuce and stale bread. The bad part was I was given my meal with no napkins..took a few minutes to finally flag someone down for one. Same with trying to get a refill on my drink.
Literally the worst service ever from the moment we walked to the hostess station. We asked how long the wait was and she said “idk. I can’t tell you how long it takes people to eat” We watched the servers serve food to the wrong tables and yell to correct each other in front of all of us customers. I got a burger which was cooked well, but my entree and my husbands got maybe 10 fries with each of our meals. The person next to us asked if they could put the basketball game on the tv and the response was word for word “absolutely not will I change the tv for him”…… absolutely terrible attitudes across the board here. Only good employee in my opinion is the cook tonight.

Customer beware,dined here on Sunday the 27th. Sat at the bar at 8pm. Had 1 beer and asked The bartender (Robert) to closeme out. He proceeded to swipe my card and handed me an itemized receipt. I asked “where do I sign” he stated “You don’t need to sign” I demanded a receipt to sign and he proceeded to retrieve the slip near the computer. He placed it in front of me and I was shocked to see a signature which was not my handwriting. I asked “who signed my receipt?” He admitted to signing the slip. I explained to him that this is credit card fraud and in an airport it’s a federal crime.I can only assume that his end goal was to write in his own tip once he’s closed out the receipt. Please do not trust these bartenders as I believe this is a common practice.
Old guy with the comb over at the bar is Very rude. I just asked if it’s just a sit in bar or an actual restaurant. Because I only saw people sitting at the bar. & him working there. He looked at me so stupid & said, “you see all those chairs right?” & the costumers at the bar started laughing. It’s 4-5am. I’m half asleep. No need to be rude. Maybe that’s why he’s losing his hair & got that many wrinkles. Cause he’s problematic ?
Ordered.take out... which was SLOW... Sat at the bar to have a drink while waiting. The bartender waited on the men who sat down after me and the ones that were already seated it took her 21 minutes to take my order. The server brought out food to one of the groups of men and the bartender stopped making my drink to take them some plastic ware. I assume they were regulars, but the service lacked tremendously.
Located in the airport. If you want over priced burger and fries this place is a mini chili's but double the price of a normal chili's. There's a few place to choose from in airport so if you want a burger then can't complain. It's very small
Don't go here. Customer service guy doesn't even know how to take order. I have specifically asked for veggie burger as i am vegetarian and they gave me beef burger. When I asked them he (black guy) didn't even have an apology tone, instead he was rude. He should be fired if the company has to have good customer service.Definitely do not go to him or to their store. Rude customer care by this guy. ?He has given the wrong order and he was telling he was doing favor to me by giving the right order for free of charge. I don't know how to express my extreme frustration with him.If given option I want to give 0 star to him.
