Went here to pick up a dash order and had my order replaced with care and professionalism by Mr. Sammie he was so awesome and very apologetic for my first visit. Didn’t give it a second thought when it came to making sure I would be a returning customer ??? THIS IS THE BEST ONE IN VEGAS ‼️ Go try them out and tell them Kandi sent ya ?
Only disappointment is I could not tip the people out taking orders in over 104 degree weather... they are not allowed to accept tips. I hope they get some kind of pay for extreme weather conditions!!! I appreciated them very much!
To be honest, I was not impressed. I ordered the 12 piece of grilled chicken. I can not pin point the flavor. But not tasty. My son ordered the 4pc chicken strip & fries. He loved the chicken but the fries were cold and bland. I feel as though I just wasted my money. This place is so not worth the money.
This is what they call a “4” count chicken strip order. Unfortunately I had a take-out order and found out when I got home.This location used to be good and everything you expect from Chik-fil-A’s reputation but it has gone downhill with the friendliness of employees and accuracy of orders. The only thing that has stayed consistent at this location has been their cleanliness.The operator of this location needs to step up and make my customer service experience right. If they don’t then I’ll take my business elsewhere. There’s way too many other options than to spend my money than where my patronage is not appreciated.
Like always fresh...... this time there drive thrue getting a lil of hand maybe they can get organizedagain. There sandwiches are always good. Plus there chicken nuggets/tenders.

So happy they were open late for great food after the BTS Concert!. Love the nuggets and Mac n cheese! Lg fruit bowl was enough for me and my son to share. Great service!
So I recently bought 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 waffle fries and a 4 piece chicken tender… For some reason they forgot to put IN the chicken sandwiches in the bag. How do you mess up that bad. It’s like having a cup of soda but the cup only has ice in it. Ridiculous

Service is ok, food was hot for $10.46 you get 4 chicken strips that taste like Lawry's seasoned salt , a medium fries and a medium coke. I gave them 3 stars because the product didn't live up to the hype.
