I have always loved the sandwiches from this chain, but today was the first time trying the Mac n cheese. I love good Mac n cheese but am also picky about it, and had never had good Mac n cheese from a fast food place…until today. Add this to the list of things that chick fil a makes perfectly! Not only that, but the staff are always friendly and I always get my food quickly and with no mistakes
Very impressed with the staff and cleanliness here. They’re definitely trained the right way. Very polite and making sure guests are taken care of and it starts from the top. Dave, their operator is even in the dining room helping clean and talk with guests.
This is by far the dirtiest and messiest location I have ever seen. This location needs to go visit Stephanie and take a lesson in how to keep a store clean and organized. We planned to eat inside but that quickly changed when we saw all the dirty tables. Yuck.
This store had a great team tonight. it was busy, and i mean BUSY. Cars were coming in nonstop. Your manager, I think her name was Jenna? Long blonde hair, wears a gold necklace, noticed a situation taking place with an employee and a man and immediately came over. She was very apologetic to the man who ended up with a salad instead of a sandwich. She continuously apologized and handled the situation with grace. The man was rude, making them remake the sandwich and making the girls go and grab tomatoes and such. The poor other girl was in tears by the end of talking to this man and after being in retail for 10 years i understand. I am glad that my drive up order was taking a long time for me to go in there and watch the situation. Another sweet employee grabbed my order and drinks for me even though she was exhausted and on her lunch break!
The drive through was like a ballet,a well oiled machine,I was there over two weeks ago and I still think about it. Fast and smooth. I thought about going through again just because it was so smooth.Hat's off to you guys you rockAnd the food was gone long before we hit ? delicious
I love Chick-fil-A. Customer service is always good & so is the food. But today I was really disappointed. I ordered a kale salad with my grilled nuggets and I couldn’t even eat my salad because most of it was black. I went on my lunch break and didn’t notice till I got back to work. Please please please check your dates on food before it is given to a customer.
Just what you'd expect as prime Chick fil A quality and service. I've eaten from here by dine in, drive thru, and their delivery service (when Covid was a big thing) I've never had a bad experience here. Employees are kind and helpful. My kids really enjoy the play place. Everything is clean and sanitary.
Solid performance by Chickfila. The biscuit on the breakfast sandwich was pretty dry, but that's just how it goes sometimes. I like their classic lunch and dinner sandwiches much better. The customer service was great, they were very accommodating and seemed happy to be at work for the most part.
Always a very pleasant experience here. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff is. Our food is always hot, made to perfection, never a mistake. Even delivery is very fast and food is still hot and nothing ever missing. I appreciate the hard work!
The person giving us our order named Bella was so rude! I have never felt like we were a bother to a person at Chick-fil-A! The food was good but service was horrible by her. We even asked how her day was and she ignored us
