The food is authentic Chicago land food. I'm pleased and excited to taste such great food.
Happen to be in town on the First Friday of the month and all these food trucks gather at the Art District and it was awesome all different kinds of food to choice from good job guys
I mean, we had a horrible $10 lobster and steak special at the old El Rancho (el rauncho) Hotel on the Strip many years ago,, but it was so salty and dry, we decided to spend our time chewing on the steak.. bygones... anyway. yes, the serving size is on the appetizer scale, but the quality is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the Lobster taco's. and no, there is no place to sit and enjoy this tasty sweet street food, but this is Fremont street! People sit everywhere!! Put your hat on the sidewalk and you might even pickup some change for Cousins tip jar!
The food trucks are not bad, some of the food is questionable, but I have never got sick from any food trucks In Las Vegas. Don't get me wrong some of the food is good.
We finally tried the Lobster rolls (Maine) for $17.00 on April 11. The flavor was good, nice rolls but very disappointed with the size. We expected it to be small but wow, it was very small. There wasn't any place to sit and eat it at all. The girl taking your order wasn't overly friendly either so overall, we wouldn't go back.
