regular size of the Philly we order was fare, perfect size in my opinion i order the fiesta one and the Philly one with Ultimate fries we spend over $30 for 2 combos but size of the drink was small like probably 16 oz but it was good we waited like 10 min for out order.
Wes the manager is very arrogant and rude very bad lunch experience worst customer service. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got all veggies no meat at all. When I asked to speak to the manager about my meal it was him and he declined right away to give me my money back or even offer a new meal. I didnt get what I paid for and ended up with no lunch
I had a $5 reward that I wanted to apply to my order. I work in the mall & by ordering on the app, I don’t waste my entire lunch break walking up to the food court, waiting in a forever long line, then taking another 5-10 minutes for order to be ready. When the reward didn’t apply, I went to the store & showed the rep my online receipt, my $5 off QR code & told her it was the second time it happened. I asked if she could return it in store & ring me up a second time using my coupon or maybe issue a gift card for the $5. She wasn’t sure so she got her supervisor, she also said she was not sure & she’d call her manager. She stepped in the back for a few minutes & came back & said her manager said there is nothing they can do. Lost a loyal customer that ate there at least once a week due to the convenience of the app.
First time eating there and the food is great, I will be back.

I didn't realize it was in a mall. Malls concern me because if one place is dirty it spreads everywhere but service was good and so was the food

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. GOT HOME AND MY FIFTY DOLLAR ORDER IS COMPLETELY WRONG. THESE KIDS THEY HAVE COOKING AND WORKING DON'T CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACC TO THIS PLACE. CHARLEY'S SUCC

Nice people working @ the register young black lady & the whole crew did great fixing our food..
