Great service, quick and efficient
Fast care, made me initially think they were efficient, instead they just rushed me through even before I had completed the patient paperwork without much attention or questioning. Person responsible for my care kept apologizing for not being able to answer my questions, saying he was new. I kept getting inconsistent information every time I called the office or talked to a staff member. Due to their incompetence, I needed to return multiple times for paperwork and a more thorough follow up. Stay away and get better care elsewhere.
Awesome staff. Crystal is great! You can check in online and they will let you know when it is your time to be seen. Wait at home is a great feature. The building is spotless. I would definitely recommend if you need an urgent care center.
If there’s a zero star, that would my score for this place! The front desk receptionist should learn about a pleasant customer service. She was very rude, no compassion, and very abrupt with the way she talked to me and my husband. She could have been nicer in explaining their policy of not allowing my husband to sit with me in the exam room. Another lady ( I assumed she’s a doctor/mgr) who came to me about my husband’s altercation at the front desk, she needs to check her attitude too. She raised her voice on me when she’s the professional who could have put the fire out. Remember your patient is sick and their love ones are important part of their well-being!!! THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT AND DEFINITELY OUR LAST!!!
Their very caring and polite, had a wait, but watched Disney , so all in all it was good, I want to thank the staff there , Edna
First time using this facility. Was very impressed with cleanliness of reception area. Two front desk receptionists were very pleasant & professional. PA Chrystal Taylor was terrific. Very thorough with a great bedside manner. Would definitely use this Urgent Care again.
Quick service. The lady at the front desk I didn’t catch her name was amazing and super nice and helpful. The nurse also was a great guy. Came in for bronchitis but my BP was high so he took the time to try and give me tips to get it lower. The Dr was also very nice and respectful. All around an amazing interaction. I appreciate the hard and stressful work they handle on a daily basis.
VERY impressed with service starting at front desk to the medical assistant and physician.Front desk was so pleasant, professional and it was evident she enjoys her job.The medical assistant was so pleasant as well.Such a pleasant experience in a time that medicine makes patients feel like they are a commodity and not a individual.Thanks again!
Everyone was very nice! No waiting list I got in and got right out! Very satisfied with service. Front desk, doctors and nurses we’re very Polite and understanding with me definitely will be coming back and considering this urgent care to all my friends and family!
My Urgent Care visit was top notch! The people at the front, the nurse and the physicians assistant all extended my expectations. I made my appt online, which was very easy. They texted me when it was time for me to come in. My wait time upon arrival (and waiting for the text to head over) was minimal!
