Picked up 2 Turkey Lovers Party Trays today for a Baby Shower. They were outstanding!! Thank you Olse Blanca Cap's employees. When you are putting on an event, you worry about whether or not what you order is appealing and yummy. These sandwiches were great!!!

They constantly mess up orders, and never actually reimburse when they overcharge. Giving a bad name to the franchise!

i ordered an extra side of hot peppers with my cheesesteak and was very pleased to find a smily face drawn on my cup. i’m not sure why but it made my night, it’s the little things. the cheesesteak was delicious and the staff was friendly!! thank you capriottis
The customer service was great, the food was not.I ordered two Philly cheesesteaks; one from this location and one on Tenaya, ordered the same way.This location left the Mayo off, barely added any cheese and stuffed the entire sandwich with peppers but left off the mushrooms?This sandwich was dry and the meat was greatly over cooked. Huge bummer as Caps has a great reputation being soiled by this location.
This location cannot seem to cook their sides/desserts offered correctly. Three times with the exact same issues. The owner of this franchise needs to step in and evaluate manger and staff before their reputation is forever ruined.
I went to this location for the first time today. The service was great! The food was as good as always
sandwich very good but it wasn't the cold cuts but the bread that makes sandwich. for the large sandwich i thought it was so light on fillings. the bread makes the sandwich...i can do without the rest!
What makes these sandwiches taste sooo good is the quality of the ingredients. Carefully hand crafted to your Taylor's taste. Service was fantastic. I a very nice and friendly environment to enjoy your meal.
