Place makes good cheese steaks 1/4 times. First time perfect amazing, second forgot Mayo third time forgot cheese, fourth time forgot the peppers. Not going a fifth time.
They have the best sandwiches and the employees are always good always friendly and they do a great job. Wish we had them in Texas All Over Texas. Or just where I live.
I was the only person in the shop and they get the order wrong. I ordered the sandwich with no tomatoes and I get six tomatoes on the sandwich. First time I've ever been to Capriotti's and won't be back.
I won't be back to this location. Where do I start? Ordered Turkey and Italian. The lettuce, onions n tomatoes were dripping wet, so the bread was soggy. The rolls were stale, falling apart. So gross. The manager is def not doing their job with these kids that don't care. Will be going back to other locations. Real bummer.

Love Capriottis. Delicious Food, different menu items than a normal sub shop. Try the Bobbie or a chicken cheese steak with hot peppers.
Rude and quality of food is not worth it. 20 dollars for a cheesesteak that's mostly bread. save your money.
