This was the first place we at at in Las Vegas, We had them door dash to the Hyatt . The delivery was quick. We had the make your own salads, they were Large, Very fresh, the meat (we had tuna, turkey and chicken on them) was very good. We plan on eating there when we return to Vegas. I highly recommend this place !!
Worst Caprriotti’s ever! I’ve tried to like this place because it’s close to my work but the staff is always rude and my food is never ready by time I get there and I’ve even tried waiting extra time. Also my good is never made to order. Caprriotti’s Is great…. But not this location.
I definitely enjoy Capriotti's as a chain, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail at this location is continually subpar. Today, ordered 2 simple lunch combos for myself and a coworker using my company card. Not only was our order incorrect and missing all side items for BOTH meals, but the service by the team member over the phone regarding the missing items was cold, he even hung up on me, twice. Very, unfortunate! And now I am supposed to "wait" 2-3 days for a refund on an order that he refused to take a name or order number for, very suspect!
My partner and I took all 18 inches!!! Go big or go home, right? ??♂️? this place doesn’t ever fail to deliver, and we now make it a point to stop here every time we visit Vegas. The sub sizes are HUGE and plentiful - the 18 incher is a challenge to swallow ? - and everything we’ve tried on every visit has always been so tasty. The Capastrami is our favorite hands down!
The very best subs. They roast whole turkeys and hams daily. Real quality not your normal sub shop.
I order the capastrami it was dry no thousand Island not much coleslaw it was terrible and a chicken cheese steak same. The guy who was working was wiping his nose with his arm. I will never go back to that place again. It smells it will have ur clothes smelling bad.
I have never left this type of review before, since i have lived in Vegas, but I have too. This was most unprofessional Capriotti's I have been to from New Castle, Delaware to Las Vegas, NV. This was the first and only time i have ever been to this location. I have done review on other locations in my past, I even have youtube video with their sandwiches in them. So, I'm not a unfamiliar with the greatness of this franchise.To start, the two female cooks were cursing and carrying on like drunk women a trashy bar. My chicken cheese steak was burnt to the point I couldn't tell if I was eating steak. They didn't follow the order correctly, put mushrooms on a guy from Philadelphia cheese steak. Big party foul. The women at the register verbally told those cooks to cut my sandwich 4 ways, but that must have been too much work. I had to add ketchup just, because they slacked on that too. I don't know if the one girl messed up the order knowing she was about to go home because her feet hurt (I have never heard such folly). Avoid this restaurant and hit Big Chicken down the street.
Our sandwiches were delish. The chicken steak with onions, peppers, cheese and hot peppers is the best. We always scope when we visit Las Vegas.
Ordered through their web for delivery. They use Doordash behind the scenes. In any event, the driver picked up my food from this location and then immediately cancelled the order, so in other words they stole it. That part isn't Capriotti's fault. However after notifying both doordash and Capriotti's corporate regarding this, I got no satisfactory reply. I left a message for the manager here at this location and no call back. Capriotti's corporate said they left a message for the manager to call me, no call back. The company and this location cannot be trusted. This company has really gone downhill since their expansion.
First time visiting, on vacation. Subs are plentiful and the large is very long (18inches). Ordered the Bobbie, large and classic cheese steak, medium. Subs were excellent! We were upset that we didn't get the cheese steak in large. Coleslaw is also very good. Subs are reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place.
