Ordered online for my family tonight and what showed up felt like a joke. Both kids meals looked old and were cold and gross. My 15 dollar salad was smaller than my wife’s half salad, with 90% lettuce.. I suggest saving money and getting something elsewhere.
Visited June 4,2022,Customer service was awsome by all the staff including Kathleen the only name I was able to capture,food was super fresh had no issues staff was very knowledgeable specifically they guy that serve my soup and suggested to add cheese for better flavor.Place was not really busy at 8pm but it was a nice atmosphere ,and very clean.
I love the food at Zupas! Soups are great, salads and sandwiches always perfect. But the reason for my review is that when I was at the cashier to pay yesterday, I had no voice left (laryngitis). My little Service Dog was with me so I think the cashier thought I was a deaf mute; I do wear hearing aids. She was so compassionate that she actually wrote down the price for me & with smiling eyes, showed it to me. That my friends is CUSTOMER SERVICE! She wouldn't even take a tip. Thank you. Great food & service as always!
The soup and sandwich I had were very average. The chocolate dipped strawberry was a nice treat at the end. I think they are similar to Panera but Panera is much better.
Very expensive for the size. I appreciate the high quality of ingredients, but would not order again. I ordered the Avocado Crab sandwich, it was about 4"×4", for $8. The sandwich needed soup or some type sauce (it was a bit dry).
Honestly, everything on the menu is delicious. Healthy options and yummy desserts.
I love this place. Fresh salads, fresh soup and made to order sandwiches. Hands down, one of the best places to eat if you want healthy food (my opinion)
Came here to eat with my family and loved everything! Chicken enchilada soup was delicious. The staff were friendly and patient because it took us a while to look through the menu. I can’t wait to come back and try more things.
The food is good, but this location REALLY struggles with paying attention to the finer details of a Togo order. On 3 separate orders, ordered the Try 2 combo, and gota sandwich, and soup. Everytime, have requested the soup with the noodles. The specific option is Tomato Basil Pasta. ALL 3 times, they have missed the noodles in the soup. It's disappointing to order with an expectation of something in an order, and it can't be satisfied.
It was my first time at Zupas and I had a great experience, employees had big smiles , store looked clean , and food was great , for me to say that is not common as I am hard to please. I definitely recommend this place. Their menu has choices for everyone in the family!
