Once again they messed up my online pickup order. I’ve lost count how many times something has gone wrong at this location and the lake mead location. I asked for nuts about berry salad and somehow there’s chicken in it. It’s just super annoying because I like their food but am just not even going to bother ordering from here anymore cause it’s always wrong. every. single. time.
This is my 3rd time coming here - i usually grab lunch, but this time i grabbed dinner.Came to this location and were greeted by Rory, What a gentleman and a pleasant human being, I’m not a big guy but i do love to eat like one.I ordered the LARGE Mediterranean protein bowl. What i got was mostly large leaves of kale sprinkled w chicken chunks. I couldn’t even get a full hard boiled egg, sprinkled Feta cheese. I just finished eating and I’m still hungry. The portions was less than desirable. My husband ordered a Cuban sandwich and instead got some berry salad. I was watching staff and it looked like they knew what they were doing, but they still managed to bag the wrong items. If Cafe Zupa can stop giving orientation and telling their staff to skimp on the food this would be a good place to grab food. Oh and adding a soup wouldn’t make this meal complete either. The protein bowl should have been enough for me but your company doesn’t actually put enough food in them.
The food and service is always good. I love the options here. It always hits the spot. The drink refreshers are also good. They have a pick to deal. You can get either soup, salad, sandwiches or the protein bowl. They have several desserts to also choose from. The soups are really good. I usually get the Enchilada Chicken Chill just by itself. It is that good. Very flavorful.
Great food, healthy and rich options, customizable to the extreme, great for families, cheap take out. Had been getting slower since the pandemic.
What the hell! A sandwich sho that doesn't have any kind of mustard, other than infused with nasty mayonnaise. Some people detest mayonnaise but this place doesn't seem to care. Nothing like a dry overpriced sandwich for lunch.
I was excited to eat here today because it’s always been one of my favorite places. We haven’t eaten here in a long time because we’ve noticed that they’ve started skimping on the salads. Especially on the meat. First picture shows a LARGE Cobb salad. As you can see, you can barely see any meat on it. So I decided today I would spend the extra $2 for an additional portion of Chicken. Picture 2 and 3 are of the extra portion. That’s a 4 oz cup and it’s not even half way full, so I’d say I paid $2 for maybe an ounce of chicken. Completely disappointed. Picture 4 is of a piece of black thread that was in my salad. Not sure how that got that in there!
Yum! I wish they had menus other than on line. Soup was delicious. Sandwich also. Saving the cheesecake and chocolate dipped strawberry for later. 1st time there. Impressed. And that's not easy to do!
Fantastic place for soups and sandwiches. They have a kind of Chipotle-style line service - we both had the try two and each of our sandwiches and soups were great. The dessert wasn't quite as good as the entrées, but it was still good.
Ordered online for pickup at 1 pm. It was just two bowls of soup. Said to be there at 1:30 for pick up. It’s now 2 pm and I’ve been sitting here waiting since 1:30 for my food. People are walking in ordering to go and getting it right away. My 4 year old started freaking out hungry and some of the soup was for her. So I had to order a sandwich next door. I ordered that online and it was ready within 5 min. I don’t understand what’s taking so long.
Sandwich was ok, clam chowder soup was not good at all. Very oily and bland. No spoons available. Drink counter was dirty, someone spilled something on the floor, no one cleaned it up. I was disappointed.
