My husband and I showed up here 3 minutes before opening. We pulled on the door and realized they weren’t open yet. Someone was nice enough to let us in even though it wasn’t quite 11:00am. Once we got in line and they were officially open Jessica welcomed us in… (KUDOS TO JESSICA)Her energy was Amazing!!! We were the first customers and we truly appreciate her enthusiasm. AND the food was awesome!!!A must try!She made our experience TAYLORMADE!
I went here today, for the first time in a long time. It will probably be my last. The ordering counter is very clean and the staff was all friendly. I ordered my food to dine in. When I went to the dining area to sit down, it was dirty. Tables were filthy, the floor needed to be swept. There were people at two booths and the rest of them were dirty. I ate a little of my food and tossed it. They had about 10-15 younger kids working there behind the counter. They could have had two of them cleaning the dining area. What a waste of $20.
My office placed a delivery order and when it arrived one of the items was missing one item. I called the store and was given the option of picking it up or getting credit. I asked the item be delivered and was told no one was available to deliver it. The next problem was the clam chowder was only broth. No clams, no potatoes, no celery. I called the store back and asked for a refund because I will not be ordering from this location.
Whether you a looking for a quality soup, salad, or sandwich, this is the place to go if you want options. The staff is always very kind. I have been coming here for many years. However, the experience I had to today was top notch. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The speciality drinks are delicious. I love that the Try 2 includes a whole sandwich as one of the options.If I want to choose light and fresh options I'll grab a salad and the veggie soup. The chicken enchilada soup is also a favorite. My top favorite is the TBA (turkey bacon avocado) sandwich.
This place is great - no doubt! It is also very popular and the wait can be long! Get here early for lunch or order from Chef Uber a little earlier than normal. Whether it is soups, salads or sandwiches - Chef Uber recommends you make the trip and get a taste. Follow me for more Vegas Earvice!
This a great soup, salad, sandwich place. The ingredients they use are always fresh and taste very well. I have never had anything here I did not like. The desserts, rolls, and chocolate covered strawberries are very good as well. The only issue I have with the place is the time it takes to get your food. They make it to order and if you get 2 different things, they have to be efficient and quick, otherwise, it’ll be a wait. I would certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great salad or soup.
I visit this location almost daily, usually ordering to go, but this week opting to eat inside. Everyone has always been so kind and being a manager in the food industry myself, I always take note of customer service. I have to say that the staff here is amazing and the customer service is impeccable!!! I asked to speak with the store manager, simply to praise her because her staff is a direct reflection on who SHE is as a manager. Crystal came out and we chatted for a few minutes. She was so humbled by my compliments, that only solidified how great she is at what she does!So, apart from recommending Cafe Zupas just for the amazing food, I highly recommend this particular location because the service is spectacular!
Good place to eat healthy. The Mediterranean Protein Salad was good. The Chickpea Vegetable soup was good, but it wasn't hot after serving and waiting in line at least 10-15 minutes to pay. The same for the Chicken Noodle soup. Good but not hot. We were told they were out of chocolate strawberries that came with our meals, although they had some to buy.My wife ordered a Raspberry Infusion water online while we ate. The order was to take 2 minutes, but wasn't in the system. We like eating here, but the service needs to be better, especially during lunch. We are out of town,but we will try at a later date. Hopefully the service will be better.
I’ve eaten at this location before and had positive experiences. Tonight I ordered online and it was pure chaos. I got there a few minutes before my “ready” time and waited in the car for it to show complete. Once it was complete I went in and waited. They had a group of people, so I waited. I asked once for my food, and they said they were working on it. I waited for another 25 minutes before I was given my food. It was chaos in there. So many people waiting for their food from online orders. If the app didn’t make me pre pay, I would’ve left without food much earlier when it was obvious my food wasn’t going to be ready anytime soon.
11.13.2021 went at 430 pm. Order soup and salad. Love the food. But there must have 7 or 8 employees not waiting on me. There was no one else in the restaurant but me. My order was to go. They didn’t even recognize me. After 10 min when another person walked in for a to go order. Finally someone waited on me. The food is delicious. The co workers need to clean the dining area and the drink station it was filthy. But noooooo they were all standing around talking to each other. I almost walked out. But I wanted to eat dinner. It will be a very longer time before I go back there again. It’s frightening in this day and age the place was so dirty. ?
