Great food and soup with well maintained dining area. However, food portion is a bit small. The food I ordered were crab avocado melt sandwich and roasted red pepper, lobster soup plus soda.
This is definitely a great choice for lunch or dinner. I first stumbled on this place in Utah. I was pleased to see they were in Vegas. The food is always fresh and delicious. I have never, ever has anything less than stellar from a Cafe Zupas. This location lived up to my expectations. While there was a bit of line when I was there, it didn’t take too long to get through the line and place my order. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. You can find pretty much anything you’re looking for on their menu, whether it’s a soup, sandwich, or salad. The choose two combo option is the best choice you could possible make. Portion sizes are good sized. I’ve never left a Zips hungry. When it’s time to pay, they give you a chocolate covered strawberry. You get a fantastic meal at a very reasonable price. I wish they had Zupas on the east coast!

So flipping good. I'm in love with their tomato basil soup. Good salads, good sandwiches and desserts too. And they have a nice fountain drink selection. Only thing I wish they would do, would be to give you more than a tablespoon of the toppings on the salads. Quite literally I had 6 blueberries. I like a bit more than that! ?
I usually love cafe zupas but this place is run by people who have no idea what they’re doing. I ordered online for pick up at 12:45 and arrived right on time. I watched the whole In store line be completed before they even looked at the 5 people here for the pickup line. When I asked to speak to the manager she was completely rude and kept repeating “I’m sorry I’m working with what I have” and walking away. I watched their whole in store line go through twice before they even started on my to go order. I waited 30 minutes for my food and completely missed my lunch. My pickup order for 12:46 sticker wasn’t even printed until 1:14.
Really enjoy the menu, perfect selections of various freshly mixed salads, fresh soups, and made to order delicious sandwiches.
I Always go for the Two Combo. Soups are delicious & i love that you can sample them ?? they're drink infusions are pretty tasty & a healthier alternative to soda (though they do have flavored syrups so you can custom the flavor of your sodas) the chocolate covered strawberry you get with your meal is the perfect lil dessert to end a satisfying meal ? friendly customer service.
Recently ate there. Got a soup and sandwich combo. Super good! Great service too. Worth coming here and food quality much better than most order at the counter places.
I love their food! Last time was my first time trying their chickpea and veggie soup! So good. Got the pesto along with it for a complete meal ? always enjoy the additional bun and strawberry on the side! Today, sadly there was no chickpeas in my soup nor a bread roll ☹ not the worst thing that can happen, but I was really looking forward to the chickpeas. Maybe next time! Turkey avocado club was delish, would be nice to have the option to choose a different spread though!
Customer service is excellent the food is always fresh and super good a little skimpy on the sandwiches. The drinks are always good and healthy for you. They are hard working at keeping place clean even when it's busy.
