Server’s are not wearing face mask all the time and keep on talking to each other..saliva is showering the food they serving..Face mask should be mandatory to all employe serving food..realy too bad..but food are great..
Terrible. I asked for a large coffee and they gave me a medium and said that I didn't. But then said oh yeah you did but we don't do larges even though there's a cup on the ledge that is larges. That was after I left a pre tip and all. And the drink? Also terrible like the service. Sad day.
Do not go. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap. I even asked the girl if there was anything else added to the wrap that wasn’t listed on the board. She said chicken lettuce and Parmesan cheese. Went to eat it and had tons of dressing. It was dripping out the bottom. I brought it back. Told her I didn’t order the wrap with dressing. They would not give me a new one. I took tons of napkins to take it off. There was just to much. Threw away $15.00. Never going back.
Best Crepe I’ve ever had. I got the Hame, Egg, & Cheese. So savory. The Caramel Macchiato was very flavorful as well.
Nice crepe...but the hair in it was not part of the recipe. Took 15 minutes to get a refund. Avoid.
They probably should rename themselves “Cafe B***ches”… and I don’t say that lightly. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in Vegas, which is saying something!Asked if they had cups of water - response was a rude “no” without a hint of empathy. Requested some napkins - received approximately 5 cocktail napkins that wouldn’t even help me wipe one hand. I could go on, but perhaps we will leave it at that.As for the food, the one redeeming facet of our experience was the omelettes. They came out warm and were delicious. Hashbrowns, however, were a cold triangle that has less flavor than McDonalds hashbrowns by a long shot. The lox bagel was soggy and randomly came out with romaine lettuce mixed into the salmon and capers, which was not appetizing. Toast was cold and when I went up to ask for some jam, they refused to give it to me until I told them we didn’t get any on our plates and then it was only 1 per plate.For a shop located in a hotel as luxurious as the Venetian, I am appalled at the blatant disregard for the customer experience and bluntly, disregard for the fact that customers are humans who deserve some respect.Okay, end rant.
The coffee and cappuccino are really good. The flavor was definitely better than Starbucks and I do like Starbucks but this is better. The crepe was good, and they were quick. The girls really work hard, it was so busy. I will go back.
Food was so so getting to bad. Flavorless and they didn't even had coffee :-( only American coffee and that's all. They were fast though.
I am the owner Conquering Dreamz Travel Agency. I get a chance to travel try different food everywhere I go. I got a chance to try Cafe Pam for the first time today. I had the sausage omelet. It came with toast and hash brown. Now the omelet was on point. I had sausage with every bite. The hash brown was old and cold. I wasn't happy about that. But everything else was good.
They had like 12 crepe on their menu, but they said they actually don’t have any. We ended up having sandwiches and gyro. They were very disappointing, tasted super plain
