I had a terrible experience here. I ordered a small gelato and the person behind the counter said “no, we don’t do that” and I replied… “you don’t do what, sell that flavor of gelato?” They replied that they don’t do samples and I made clear that I was asking for a small not a sample. Then they directed me to the counter to pay. As soon as I got to the counter both of the people working the register went to the back and proceeded to ignore me after they got to the front of the store. I was the only person standing at the registers for several minutes and then a third person behind the counter who had helped someone standing behind me took that persons gelato to checkout. I was still ignored, including by the rude person who scooped my gelato. I felt very frustrated and disrespected. I left the gelato at the counter and left the cafe.
We got SO much gelato for the price we paid. 4 large scoops for $9. The lemon and mango gelato were so refreshing on a hot day!
We visited here each morning for a quick coffee or breakfast. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Coffee was delicious and so were the baked goods! Yum!!
Always a stop for us!! Amazing fresh delicious gelato everytime!!! The pistachio is out of this world my wife got the cappuccino and she loved it!!! And we sat on the balcony looking at the pool while we ate! Wonderful!

Delicious gelatos, sherbets, and sorbets. Coffee and espresso also. Sandwiches and other light snacks. I had the lemon sherbet and raspberry sorbet. Not super sweet but I LIKE that!!
Excellent place to eat authentic Gelato. A hidden gem inside Bellagio. It was my favorite breakfast and my favorite afternoon Gelato treat place. Staff super friendly and some speak Italian.
Come with your sweet tooth,The cafe also serves coffee and light lunches, sandwiches, coffee cakes and pastries.
Raspberry sorbet was very good, presentation was excellent, a place to stop if you looking for snacks.
Definitely need to stop by and get the Gelato/Ice cream here. It is soooo good and worth every penny.
