The food is great. But you guys need to answer your phone more professionally. I own my own business and if somebody answered my phones the way you guys do I would fire them. First time I called "Brothers" in a lazy irritated tone. Next time same time. "Brothers everything is going to be 1-2 hours". Not even hello. Don't ruin great food with bad customer service.
Bothers took over us ordering from the local Pizza hut who is HORRIBLE. great pizza and wings/fingers. Their phone presence could use some work but overall we have thoughoughly enjoed their food. I LOVE giving back to a small buiness rather than a corporation being a small business myself.
This place is very unprofessional!!!!!! Our first order was completely wrong when it was delivered. We decided to give it a 2nd chance with a even worse experience. From when I put my order in the lady that answered the phone was very rude. I received my delivery order and it was incorrect. When I called to explain my situation the lady on the phone stopped me and said there in nothing they can do but give me a credit. I explained that no I would rather have the food I paid for. She got very upset and told me it would be over a hour or 2 before I got my missing chicken fingers to my delivery order. I asked why it would take so long and that was unacceptable. She yelled at me and said this is all I can do. I agreed to wait. She hung up. I decided to call back to ask for a manager and the same girl explained she is one of the managers. I asked her name but refused to give me her name or any info. When I asked for her name her response was " I don't have to give you shit" and hung up. I tried to call back multiple times to only be put on hold as she knew my number was calling. I tried to have my wife call and she was just as rude to her giving her the same responses. I can not believe they allow someone like this to answer their phones and be a manager!!!
I order from the rainbow location all the time... they charge me a $6 delivery fee...we ordered today and they forgot my ranch that I paid for... called back was told they would send it back out then received a call from the "manager" saying she can't send it back out cause I'm too far...I aphid for the ranch and delivery fee... she won't give me the owners name or make this right in anyway...WE WILL NEVER ORDER from them again... which is to bad cause we did really like them. Manager is rude and has no idea how to follow through with customer service.

The food is good but I ordered the number 4 lunch special, did not receive my fries that are included. I’m pretty sure I was just charged for the wings and drink separate which is more than the lunch price. I didn’t receive a receipt so I’m not exactly sure. But it’s a bummer driver out to a location and not pick up what you asked for. I know it’s just fries but it was also a dollar or two extra I had to pay as well.
i go always to the town center bar. At the beginning the service was amazing,the food was good. Week after week the service goes down same as the food. i tried different things and most of it is not good. Dont have a menu with 100 items on it if you cant deliver it. The tomato sauce tastes like a can sauce but you call it homemade. There is no seasoning or goo fresh tomato flavour in it. You offer a hot and a cold sandwich with almost the same name and i got the wrong sandwic
We orderd lasagna, mozzarella sticks, meatball sub and large fries. Everything was cold. Worst $52.00 I ever spent.
Awful - still on hold 35 minutes trying to find out what time to pick up food. This is the 2nd time I ordered from them and they do not give a time on the confirmation. When you call they immediately place you on hold and do not even speak. I will never order from them again.
