Had an amazing brunch here. The food was hot and delicious and it didn't take a while for the food to be served after we ordered. Additionally, the location was very crowded when we got there (really good thing), but it didn't take long for us to get a table. Our server was very accommodating and making sure that we got our order or if we needed anything else. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good brunch location.

Don’t Let the Yolk be on You! Broken Yolk Café, 6805 S Las Vegas Blvd Suite 125, Las Vegas, NV 89119, (702) 617-9655, thebrokenyolkcafe.com, on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 9:30am. Overall, another 5 (five) star breakfast delight. If you shop at Town Square on Las Vegas Blvd South, and sometimes get there early before it opens up, Broken Yolk is a great place to grab a “quick” yummy breakfast served with an abundance of atmosphere, well trained workers, and my favorite thing – happy smiling service! So special thanks to my waitress Coco and the happy staff at the entrance. Congratulations Coco on your upcoming nuptials. FIND IT. First thing, you need to find it. It’s NOT in Town Square, but it’s really close! It’s in the parking lot surrounding the closed Fry’s store next door. There’re two small l-shaped commercial buildings behind Fry’s. Be prepared for the café’s only drawback, limited parking. It’s tucked into far the northwest corner of the lot nearest Las Vegas Blvd. It’s worth circling the lot or parking a bit away and walking to it. SERVICE & ATMOSPHERE. Another 5 (five) starsSecond thing, it might look small from the exterior, but the inside is a huge well lighted room that could easily seat 200 people, plus it has a lightly enclosed outdoor patio that could seat ANOTHER 20-30 people. The atmosphere inside is filled with that good kind of loud, happy chatter, fast paced, busy restaurant sounds everyone likes. But my first thoughts were, “Wow, they’re busy!” Which can mean a long wait, messed up orders, and stressed workers. But NOT here! I was happily greeted by the hostesses at the door, I asked, “how long was the wait,” and my son and I were seated INSTANTLY! Wow! The place seemed packed, but when a restaurant is well-run, it creates a quick turn over that can repeatedly seat new customers in quickly while still giving good service. Waiting time was practically zero. I don’t like being rushed, and I love good service, and I received both! But I also don’t luxuriate over breakfast, that’s a dinner thing for me or lunch with friends. So I want to get into a breakfast restaurant, order, eat and get out so I can get my errands for the day done. I mean it’s breakfast! How long should it take? And, every minute of service was from a bright “smiling” worker. Happy start equals happy day to me! GOOD FOOD. Four stars. I’m a total breakfast person because I can actually die if I don’t eat a good breakfast (health issues). I want “good” food and enough of it to carry until lunch. For new restaurants, the standing joke at our house is, “Order breakfast, they can’t mess that up too much.” I ordered coffee, two eggs over medium, plus sausage patties, sour dough toast and fruit. My son ordered pomegranate juice, and a BLT on sour dough with fries. I figured it would be a long wait. I swear, our food was there in less than 10 minutes. The coffee for me was the perfect temperature, immediately drinkable, hot but not searing. It was a bit bitter, but that’s a preference not a complaint. Both our breakfasts were good and we ate it all. Plus, if you ask for extra toast butter, they get you “real” butter to put on your toast, yum, yum! The food was good, but I’d note that the sour dough bread was tough around the crust, may have been a bit stale. No harm, no foul! Total for two people $38. If you’re in the area, try out the Broken Yolk Café or the “yolk will be on you” lol!

We decided to wander a little way from the strip to try the Broken Yolk Cafe. It was amazing! The servers were friendly and the service was fast. Portions were large the iced lattes were delicious!

Always consistent and delicious. We love dining at Broken Yolk!

Delicious! Lots of nutritious breakfast choices. Hash brown is one of the best we have had. This breakfast definitely pumped up the day. Would love to visit other branches when we get a chance

Great food and service ….

Very friendly staff. We got there early and service was quick. But in a few minutes, there was a line outside, plan accordingly. And remember... a line is a sign that the food is good. The portions were good size. Like everything in Vegas, I thought it was a bit overpriced, but it was not disappointing. The flavor made up for a lot.My kids rated the food flavor as a 10!!!A great choice for breakfast.

A great place for our large group. Traveling with 14 isn’t easy to accommodate nor is it easy to please everyone. So amidst the group we agreed we could come back here again. Brittany gave 5 star service. She went above and beyond for our kids and was super accommodating. I loved the tip that we could order a single sope a la cart and a single crepe. Awesome tips! And that mimosa flight was awesome. The biscuits are for lots of butter and honey since they are sturdy to withstand gravy.

The reviews made me want to try this breakfast spot and they were spot on. I arrived around 10:45 am on a Wednesday in June and it was packed. Being a sizable restaurant, I was a bit impressed. It was a 5-minute wait to get a seat, and the servers were friendly and the ambience lively. I enjoyed the Eggs Benedict Chicken Waffle and look forward to visiting the Broken Yolk Cafe near me in Corona, California, to sample the many other selections they have.

So yum! The food was fantastic, service awesome and this flights! ?
