Great healthy options! Protein Bowls, Poke Bowls and my personal favorites the Acai Bowls!The one I get...I think its called the chocolate dream , (strawberries, bananas, chocolate chips, honey, n more ) . Definitely a good date treat. Great for a healthy family adventure. Quick and Nice Service.
1st experience at this location sucked.. Did not get greeted or anything. Gave my order and did not get thanked or anything even before leaving.. watched the worker give the next customers a little attitude like she was having a bad day or something.. I gave it a 2nd chance hoping for a better experience.. NOPE! Same thing only this time they were giggling amongst each other and then I was given a regular size after ordering a LARGE and I also gave a TIP both times! before receiving that WEAK customer service. This experience made it uncomfortable sitting in there waiting.. The entire team needs to be TRAINED!They failed at customer service 101. Twice with me!I give it a 1 out of 5 starsBecause the bear bowl was the 1 thing they made well enough for me to give that location a 2nd chance.
This is normally my 'go to' place for Acai/Pitaya bowls. We've been going to this location over a year. However, lately we have been noticing issues. We always order the same thing: Berry Bowl and Bear Bowl. They seem to always confuse the pitaya for acai, we pay for extra bananas and there is barely any, and some make the Berry Bowl with chocolate chips. It's not supposed to be made with them. Unfortunately, more times than not, they confuse our ingredients and we end up with random bowls. Today, I noticed something off but didn't taste it in the store. Only to get home and realize the pitaya and acai were switched again. I ended up with acai and my wife with pitaya.
Overall the poke was great. The price to portion could have been better. I felt that the bowl for 13/24 dollars was on the smaller side. I wish they would have added some more greens to make it more filling. The bowl is not completely filled on to go orders and that’s usually what I’m accustomed toThe açaí bowls are an okay size. I feel they are about 1-2 dollars over priced. I live less than 0.5 miles from here so it’s beneficial to come if I don’t want to drive far. If you’re coming from other places you can find better options. Island girl for poke down the street may be a better option.

Came here 2 times spent 45 dollars on 3 items which is fine the food is good but they need work on the customer service. Todays service wasnt great at all the employee was incredibly rude while takimg my order and also wasnt helpful with questions either since im new to coming here↗

Waited in line only to be told this location no longer sells the teriyaki chicken bowl. If you quit selling something, take it off your menu. Employee was not friendly and looked miserable.
Bowology is really great for quick Poke bowls as well as super fresh Açaí bowls. I particularly like the Rise and Shine Açaí bowl it’s made with really fresh ingredients and is very filling and simple . The smallest size is able to comfortably feed 2 people. The poke is good, not the best I have ever had but for how quick they get it out to you it’s worth the price of admission. If your going between the poke or the Açaí bowl I would definitely choose the latter. Overall great spot for a quick eat if your craving some poke/açaí bowls!
