Order and paid for a large and they gave me a regular. Do not call in your order, everyone is new and do not know the difference. I asked to speak to a manager and she said the manager was not in and does not know when she works. REALLY!
Had to try this bowl bowl place for lunch. I ordered the wicked 9 however I had them use the spicy Mayo sauce sauce on the tuna. They were fast and the food was very fresh. The bowl was bigger than I thought and I quite enjoyed it. I recommend this place if you want a healthy feeling meal.
I came to the hualapai location today. Place was very clean and staff was friendly and attentive . Will definitely be visiting again soon!!
9th Island was missing several ingredients. Cucumbers green onions and crispy onions. Last week my acea bowl was poorly done. Once upon a time this was my favorite spot. It has gone done considerably

This was the bowl after i smacked it down against the table. I only did this as there was a large gap of air in the center of my bowl between the granola and the açaí. I usually get them filled up but today with no one else here it seemed as if they were rushing with no care for their craft.
I bought 3 smoothie bowls tonight and they were very good. This is the first time I’ve tried Bowlology. It was pretty pricey but worth the money until I took a bite of plastic. It looked like a ripped corner of a plastic bag. This is so dangerous.

The quality and service have gone down. A few weeks ago they ran out of 9th Island sauce. Yesterday they were out of brown rice, and the white rice was over-cooked. The sauce they did have was ridiculously watered down. And, finally - getting them to answer the phone has become an increasingly frustrating chore.
