Just went here for the first time and was excited to know that there is a poke bowl place close to my house. Place is very sterile, nothing on the counters. I asked the cashier for soy sauce and she looked like me at me like I was an idiot for asking that. Food is good but a bit overpriced. Staff could be way better. Don't think I'll be going back...
The employees on Saturday shift on 5/21/22 @ around 3:30pm, didn’t want to answer the phone when I had questions about my order. The quality here is just ok. Why hire people that don’t answer the phone though ?
Poke bowls not worth it for $14!!! There’s hardly any protein and it’s all diced up into tiny cubes. If you’ve had real poke it’s not supposed to be tiny diced cubes! Also some items listed would be included in bowl were missing. There’s more rice than anything! You’re better off at an actual poke spot for $10 full bowls!
Cashier was pretty dismissive/rude and coughing/sneezing the whole time. We're in a pandemic lady, stay TF home. Ahi tuna in the 9th island bowl was frozen. Very overpriced for what you get.
I came in 20 minutes before closing and it was my first time there and the curly hair guy who took my order was so nice and helpful! He explained all the drinks to me and helped me find the perfect drink. The drink is so good. I recommend this place if you love a nice refreshing drink
We love bowlology, however at this particular location, all the workers were just standing around talking instead of working. You may want to tell them to do less talking and more working.
This is a great spot to get affordable poke bowls and smoothies. I haven't had something here that wasn't great. This particular spot has a great staff that is helpful and make sure you get exactly what you need. They're a bunch of great kids who seem to enjoy what they are doing and it shows in their work ethic.
SO overpriced for what it produces....$8 for a watery, syrupy smoothie that predominantly tastes like grocery store apple juice, and $16 for a bowl (9th Island) that is 90% base (white/brown rice or greens). One thin layer of the Ahi Tuna and accompaniments. Front counter guy seems absolutely stoned and seems to forget every 5 mins where he is.What a forgettable experience, I guess one can stick to a specialty juice store and a poke place to enjoy standards. Definitely won't get it here.....
If you would like to waste your time, call this place, place your order, repeat your order, have them confirm it, pick it up and get home to see your whole entire order is incorrect and then be told on the phone it’s absurd to ask for them to make them correctly and deliver them.
Great desserts....just dont tell your kids its healthy for them. (Kinda takes the guilty pleasure out of it!)
