Boaring on holidays, not busy, no actions. Staff were friendly and caring to customers, little selections of beer ? and bar food.Must visit, and enjoy cool ? bar and clean location.
Out of frustration from overpaying for bland, boring resort food we stumbled into this place to meet the best bar tender local that engaged us with excellent company. Frankie was a delight and advised us on some excellent sights to see. He is a proud father and an excellent asset to the whole place! Thank you for a wonderful evening my friend!
I went there Thursday night on November 4th and had a bad experience. My friend had to use the bathroom and the lady working was extremely rude asking me and my friend if we were only going to use the bathroom or order something. While waiting in line to place my order she got up twice to open the restroom for other customers. Additionally, there is a door bell that you must ring in order to gain entrance. I don’t understand the purpose of having the doorbell to gain entrance and then having to ask the employee to open the bathroom door. My mask was slightly below my nose and she had the audacity to tell me to put it on correctly. Everyone else in the establishment was not wearing a mask while seated. I will not be back. The management should retrain their employees, especially that lady, on how to provide good customer service.
If u r over 21 but only have a permit u can't enter or participate in any games or They kick you out instantly. Worst gaming bar in las vegas.
Walked to this bar around 11PM and rang the bell to get in. The door buzzed shortly after and my wide and I entered. After looking at the menu for about 5 minutes another group of people rang the bell to get in. They were waiting for an answer but the employee on duty was in the kitchen cooking. When she got close enough to me I tried to let her know their were people waiting to get in the door. Ya know thinking they would want more customers. This employee told me aggressively that she was the only one on duty and has to run the kitchen. Cool. I won't let you know of any new customers. Anyway, the people finally get let in from outside and the lady starts telling them that just because they keep ringing the bell, it won't open the door any faster. My wife and I had enough of the poor service and disgusting attitude so we left before ordering anything. This place lost business due to a bad attitude.

I “was” a regular customer here until i met 2 weirdo bartenders here one named Nathan and one named Michelle. They have strange rules compared to all of the other casinos. They tell you you cannot bring drinks in for example Starbucks?( Bourbon St has horrible coffee. Also They want everyone to show ID . If they are looking for a thief they might want to try facial recognition like the other casinos do. I wont be going back there due to they have a new bartender Michelle she literally harassed me on the 2 occasions I encountered her . Im sure shes has some severe mental disorder and rude isn’t the word for it. I think she may do better as a prison guard. Boy she cured me i will never go back ever! The manager is nice and also dayshift Lauren very excellent customer service. I can see why they have no business due to these 2 weirdos they have working there that forgot to take their meds before work. Just because its located in the ghetto doesnt mean everyone is a poor unemployed vagrant! I frequented Dottys for over 20 years I’m done with all Bourbon Streets and Dottys STAY FAR AWAY from this place if you don’t want to be harassed everytime you go there it’s horrible.
If Lauren is working stay away! Extremely rude and discourteous to my wife and I. Can't believe they allow this behavior to service paying customers! We will never return to this Location!

Awesome place very comfortable and spacious. A lot of cool signage covering the walls . Certainly a no children allowed location .Friendly staff and fun gambling and lastly terrific free WiFi.Most definitely will return repeatedly.
