I have been to many indoor playgrounds but no one doesn’t allow kids to drink their own water like this place. Kids are very thirsty when jumping but this place don’t allow anyone to drink water from their own bottles. Because they want you to buy water and food from their cafe. The way they making money makes you very uncomfortable. Also they have few bouncy facilities so kids get bored very soon. But they have many game machines eating your money very quickly. It’s the first time we go but definitely the last time.
The kids absolutely loved this place. There are about 6 jumpy houses, an arcade area, 2 banquet rooms (it looked like), a lounge area and an awesome cafe. Did I mention that they just got their liquor license?!?! My friend and I had a couple beers while the kids played. I felt completely safe with the kids running around playing while we sat in the cafe and talked. I could see the exit from where I was sitting. Really a great place to bring the kids to get out their energy and not have to sit in the heat. We enjoyed talking with the owner and hearing his story. Everyone on the team was very nice and so helpful. I highly recommend this place.
This place is amazing! It's a great place to bring your little ones and their friends! They can jump to their hearts desire? they do have arcade games for the older kids as well and kid friendly snacks as well!! They do have party rooms available with your own personal bounce house. I love that its in door so they don't get heat exhaustion! Parents let me tell you that they also have massage chairs!! Yes that's right you can go and relax lol alternate who watches the babies between mom dad and grandparents so you can all enjoy those chairs! The owners are so humble and amazing I highly recommend you and your friends come here for your next day out or big event!
We went on a Sunday and it was not a busy day, which was great for my little daughter who I let run free around the space. Everything was very neat. I saw the staff cleaning and sanitizing the toys, which is a plus. I was surprised at how the staff entertained my little one. My daughter even wanted to stay there for a longer hour if we would let him. We will definitely be back again! Thank you, guys!
Just had my daughters 6th birthday party here. The staff is nice and they check on you often. I made a mistake by telling Maya our hostess she hadn’t brought our drink jugs and she very politely said “yes i did, they are right here” I wanted to smack my own self. She was so sweet and nice about it. The owners mom is who we booked our party with and she is very nice and sweet and takes great pride of this great place. It is so clean and spacious, our party room was AMAZING. no one was crowded, parents can sit and actually have a conversation without screaming so the other person can hear. The owner doesn’t take anyones BS, which is how it should be. Loved this place and loved the price. Thank you for an amazing birthday party!
Absolutely wonderful and friendly staff. Engaged with their guests and very attentive to all the kids running around. Clean facility and bathrooms and good food. Highly recommend ?
My best friend and I come here all the time with our kids. Staff is always so welcoming and makes sure we feel comfortable and have a good time. My daughter loves it when we come here and has so much fun.
Staff is rude and talks down to customers. Take your kids somewhere else.
My family found Bouncy World while looking for a safe, indoor spot for our daughter's 3 year birthday. Having a winter birthday limits the number of available activities.When we first went to check out the venue we were struck by the cleanliness of the area and the friendliness of the staff. The owner is someone who takes pride in his work, and not afraid to roll up his sleeves and work with everyone else.What sold us was the private room with the personal bounce house inside. The public room has kids of all ages, which can be nerve racking when your child is one of the smallest jumping around. The private bounce house ensured our daughter and her friends were able to have fun, run around, and stay safe.We would 100% recommend this facility for both birthdays and for a fun afternoon in general for young kids.
We needed to find our children something fun to do while out of town. The kids had a ball. The staff was very friendly and also treated us really well. The food was good, affordable and restrooms were clean.
