Delicious! We always love Blossom! A must every time we are in Vegas.
This comment is essentially all about wait times. We had an 8pm reservation. We arrived a bit early and were told they were sitting everyone "on time". We grabbed a cocktail next door and returned at 8pm. We were then told they were running late and that it would be another 15 minutes. We were finally seated at 8:20. No one came to our table till 8:41. Twenty one minutes without so much as being acknowledged is pretty much a fail. Food was average. I had the braised e-fu noodles with enoki mushrooms and "diced scallops". I can tell you the scallops were non-existent.

Excellent way to spend a birthday evening is at blossom. Food was excellent! That Jasmine tea hands down should be at every meal!. Would recommend to everyone who can go. But his pricey so be prepared.
Second time here came back for the duck and it was divine. The wrapping were Bao bun and the regular wraps. Some how the regular wraps were almost like round flat smooth wonton wrappers but it was truly amazing. My tastebuds were delighted and wanted more. Our buser was amazing he definitely made the night for us. The disappointment for me here was a lady had taken our order and the entire night we never saw our server again. The buser literally had to take our extra orders and serve us everything. When it came to tip the server appeared not seeing him the entire night. The buser got our tip and the restaurant literally went to 2 stars for me. Massive disappointment in server service, itâs truly is hit or miss.
Had a great time, food was good, service was great, they really care about their guests needs and being happy Very pleased and will come back again. Make sure to have reservations through open table or there may be more of a wait time
Blossom has become a favorite place to eat in LV because the food and service is just excellent, Everytime! The staff also does a great job at creating a beautiful environment and atmosphere for you to dine in. Everything on the menu is great. I'll be back again and again - it doesn't dissapoint.
We came originally to try the Peking duck but decided to save that for Monday dinner. We eventually ended up trying the pea shoots garlic fried and the braised nine bowl. It was fantastically done. Our server was well attentive and atmosphere was wonderful. Will come again.
