This food court blows away your typical ones at most hotels. Forget about Panda Express and Burger King, the offerings at block 16 are unique, delicious, creative and serious about quality food.
Am so happy to found Dr. Okjas the best herbal doctor in Africa who help me cure my kidney disease, this is a great testimony in my life if you also need help from him visit his page https://www.facebook.com/Drokjasharbalhomes/
I think the interesting part of this food court is that most of these places are chains from somewhere else that now have an outpost in Vegas. I've been a few times and the lines are always long, and the places always seem understaffed (both now AND before covid). So the people working there aren't super friendly as they're just trying to deal with the onslaught of customers. Feel bad for them. There's also almost no seating if it's busy. Eggslut doesn't taste the same as it doesn't in LA... maybe they're just too busy and rushing. Hattie Bs is good but not nearly as good of quality or flavor as in Nashville. Milk Bar is a shell of it's heyday. The Juice Standard (I think that's what it's called?) makes good smoothies but they are EXPENSIVE. District Donuts makes some breakfast sandwiches on biscuits which are good but very heavy. Not the best biscuit ever. The donuts are good but nothing worth a special trip. I'd like to try Bang Bar and Holstein's next time we are in town as both are supposed to be good. But for a food court that is supposed to be quick and full of cheap eats, this spot is neither.
Block 16 is the most reasonably priced food option in The Cosmo. There are five spots to choose from: Tekka Bar, District Donuts, Bang Bar, Hattie B’s, and Lardo. I’ve been to Bang Bar, Hattie B’s, and Lardo. I want to check out District Donuts, but I’m usually not around since I head to work early. Not sure about Tekka since sushi and hand rolls aren’t that unique to me, but it’s usually busy every time I pass it by.
Really cool atmosphere and always good food. Though it does feel like a revolving door for restaurants here, I fell like everytime I come here there is a new place. For example, my favorite chicken place here is now non existant.
Ordered Korean Pork Shoulder sandwich from Pig Out in the food hall. Sandwich was really good, fries were not the best I had. Fries were too oily compared to other places. Pork was delish.
Try out the food at Bang Bar! Very much like hangover food, but better
Little B's was tasty. Good amount of food . Greens were okay. Lots of other restaurants I want to try one-day that looked good too.
Usually decent for a food court style setup, today we waited 25 minutes in line while a clerk took orders extremely slowly. At 11:54 we had gotten all the way up to third away from the front, only to be rudely yelled at that district was transitioning to lunch. Waited 25 minutes in line to get our food, and then turned away two guests before the register. Absolutely disgusting treatment of hotel guests and extremely souring experience.
This is fast casual dining at its best! Everything is very affordable and delicious. My favorites are Hattie B's, the Tekka Bar and the new Bang Bar. District is also a great option for a quick cup of caffeine.
