Came here for a team dinner. Let me just say that the sides here are not an afterthought! Phenomenal sides! Often restaurants make it all about the meat & the sides well... go to the wayside. The meat was awesome too. Best potato salad I've ever had! It had fantastic flavor. The coleslaw is a test for a restaurant for me, it has to be right. Their coleslaw was excellent! Just the right amount of tang & sweet! Not bland at all. The creamed corn was also very tasty. The brisket was very tender & ribs were tasty. I would recommend if you like good BBQ.
Being a fast serve restaurant, it feels like the food quality is going to lack a bit because the BBQ is going to have to sit there for hours at a time. I’m sure they cook it in batches but still, taking that into account, the food is really good for what it is. ????Comes out faster than any BBQ place that I’ve been to, and I LOVE BBQ!!! ?I tried the pulled pork, brisket, hot link, Babyback ribs with their Mac & cheese and cornbread. The Mac & Cheese and babyback ribs were a bit dry but then there were some juice parts to the ribs. Reminded me more of leftovers than freshly cooked. But for the most part, I was very satisfied with the meal.I’d definitely come back??
Love the atmosphere and the music they were playing, but my pulled pork sandwich left a lot to be desired. It had way too many clumps of fat in it, which turned me off. They serve it on hoagie roll too, which is odd. I think softer roll would be nicer. The side dishes were good albeit a little too salty for me. I had the baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad. My husband had a rack of baby back ribs that he really liked.I hate to compare BBQ place because there are different types of ways to cook bbq and different smokes and preparations, but if you want a really good pulled pork sandwich, try Rollin’ Smoke in Summerlin.
This BBQ was absolutely incredible! The portions are big for the price. The portion of ribs for the meat plate was 6 full ribs. The BBQ beans were very good and there was huge pieces of the brisket in them. It was like half meat! The Po Boy was very large and even the sliders were full of meat. The girl at the front was so sweet and really helpful and the service was really fast. All the sauces were really flavorful. We bought individual dinners but the family dinners looked really good.
I really wanted to live this place. We moved from Texas 6 months ago and have not found BBQ.Good news. We had the moist brisket and jalapeño and cheese sausage and both were really good. The spicy BBQ sauce is great spicy, and the regular is just right. The bbq beans and cream corn freaking rock.Bad news. The potato salad is full of onions and bell pepper. Ummm, that’s not Texas. The Mac and cheese is pretty bland. The warning: I asked for a house Cabernet. The menu said wine is $5-$12. I would think a house cab at a BBQ place would be around $6. A plastic airplane glass of red wine was $15!! I went to talk to the cashier and she said that is the price. I pushed back and the backed off because this is it her fault at all.The place is small. The staff saw me complain. No one came to the table to ask if they could help.If you go, make them show you the tablet with your charges before you swipe that card.
Customer service here is AMAZING! I came in for the first time for pick up last week with my son. The lady working the cash register was super sweet. Made my son and I feel like we were at home. It’s so good to see there’s still “family atmosphere” places that still exists. Food was delicious as well! We will definitely become a regular now. Thank you
This is my favorite BBQ place in Vegas, hands down. We first found this place about 6 years ago and it won us over right away. The owner, Brian, has ownership pride and he keeps the quality top notch. It was just as amazing tonight at the Fort Apache location as it was the first time we visited. The rib meat literally fell off the bone. Staff is all friendly and it was awesome to see Brian there on a Saturday night. Great job!
Super tasty food. We had been to the other location in Henderson to dine in and get take out and loved it. This one seems little smaller than the H location, same decor and friendly people. Service was prompt and helpful. I got takeout and it was delicious. Pulled pork is especially good and with the option of three sauces you can get any flavor profile you want. Will definitely be a repeat customer here.
Mouthwatering food and service! ?
Not what I was hopping for. Ordered the three meat plate which added 5 bucks for flat beef ribs. Boiled like brisket and flavorless hot link. The sides were decent we had the mac and cheese, fries and potato salad. We added a slice of pecan pie and cornbread muffins which was just ok. 2 star for the sides. A little shocked at the ratings. I really was excited to try.....
