The filet mignon with fried chicken rice and yum yum sauce were simply AMAZING! Our food was cooked to perfection. What didn't make any sense was the terrible service. We had a reservation. We arrived on time and were in the process of being seated when a family of five walked in. The host stopped us and said to wait a minute. The family of five did NOT have a reservation. The host proceeded to seat them; came back to get us in the waiting area and took us to the same cooking station/table as the family he just seated. WHAT???? We waited 12 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order! We then waited another 10 minutes before the drinks came back. Guess what? We were the ONLY table with people! By the time we left, there were many tables full and everything seemed to be running smoother. Why does the cook have to wear a stupid mask? Then he tries to talk to us and no one can understand a word he says. We loved the food but cannot understand the huge disconnect with serving your customers AND honoring those who had a reservation?
We came here for my Birthday. We made the reservation for 4 at 12 pm on a Sunday. We sat right away after being greeted and the door opened upon arrival. Our server was Thelma. She was friendly and helpful. We wanted to order sushi for our kids for the first time but also let her know about an allergy. She let us know that we should order something else due to the ingredients in the sushi being the crab. Iâm glad she asked about allergies. Our Chef was Ray. He was great. He was engaging and kept the conversation and still was able to give a show with the food. They brought ice cream and sang Happy Birthday. Food was great of course. They took our picture as well. The manager came by as well to see how the meal and service was too. Not too packed for a weekend lunch . We will go back .
I love Benihanas honestly at the fashion showâ¦. Always good service, super friendly ect⦠lol the only thing i canât stand about Benihanas in general is the fact that the meat (steak) portions arenât a good size.. other than that i love this restaurant in particularâ¦.
We chose this place for my cousinâs birthday but we were very disappointed to say the least. Reservations were at 10:30 pm. We werenât seated until almost 11:30. A group came in after us and received faster service, as well as excellent treatment. Sadly, we watched every other table get a special birthday song but when it was finally our turn NOTHING. It was our last night and dinner was absolutely terrible.
The wait was extremely long, something I wasnât expecting. Our reservation was at 845pm and we didnât get to eat until 1130pm. It was super hot and muggy. Kind of uncomfortable. Our chef was nice as was our server. Iâm not sure I would spend that much money again on it though.
Had fun with our chef Tony too much! He made the experience memorable and he is hilarious! Will start asking for him every time we visit.
We always have a great time at Benihana! Our servers were awesome and the food was delicious as always. Tony Too Much was an great chef! Definitely recommend this location. We had a blast.
It was just so very hot inside, even when we had menus to fan ourselves it was very hot. Other than that the food was great and the service is really great
I took my bestie here for her birthday since she had never been. The staff did not disappoint me, and the food was amazing as always. She thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Our chef was quite entertaining.
Worse place ever.. I was there to celebrate my birthday and the server trying to make us seat with strangers⦠I make reservations for me and my family of 5.. who told that we will like to seat with other people⦠hello follow Covid federal regulations⦠I would not recommend this place to anyone if you donât have 8plus family members or friends⦠Very disappointed ⦠at least let people know during the reservation instead making people wasted their timeâ¦
